Very positive. I like that they have virtual lessons to help clients navigate their system. Also, they are very affordable which is a big plus for me as I am a sole practitioner.

Pros

It is easy to use, ticks off all the boxes for my business and makes my charting very easy and simple. I like that I can email my receipts, or print them off for my clients. The staff were extremely helpful during my initial period with my learning curve.

Cons

I really can't think of anything. My experience has always been positive. The problems I have are due to my lack of computer literacy.

Overall, Noterro has provided a fantastic software for our office and a great value.

Pros

The ease of scheduling, online booking and integration with Square have been really nice.

Cons

So far, and this is still being worked out, is that daylight savings time is foreign to Canadians, and some of our clients have gotten reminders with wrong appointment times on them.

I love Noterro. It gives me the most options for professional patient interactions that can be almost completely automated so I can focus on my work.

Pros

I have tried quite a few online scheduling services over the years. Noterro is my favorite by far. It's easy to use, and has lots of features in it's basic price point so I can provide my patients with a quality platform as a part time therapist.

Cons

Some features are harder to access, and add-ons start getting expensive for a part-time practitioner like myself.

Reason for choosing Noterro

Noterro was recommended by my professional affiliation. AMBP, and included a small affiliate discount making it reasonable for my part time practice. After years of frustration with various "free" options, I gave it a try and never looked back.

So far this is the best experience I’ve had navigating highly customizable software in terms of efficiency and customer support.

Pros

Noterro has been extremely straightforward, and easy to get in touch with support both with the automatic chat and human. There are many helpful features and I’ve had a great experience so far customizing my business.

Cons

I don’t like that there isn’t an easily accessible app to download. I’ve read that you can download web app but I will have to contact support to learn how which is inconvenient.

Very user friendly. Lots of support and great customer service. I also love the tutorial videos they have for anything

Cons

Wish there was more space on the online booking page to write about your business so someone like me with a very basic home business didn’t have to create a separate webpage and could just use that page as my website.

App on the phone is great, Square up integration is a plus and so far so good with Noterro.

You can manage memberships. Integration with Square

Cons

Gift Cards are difficult to manage, integration with Mailchimp didn't work. Scribe is paying extra.

Easy to use, easy to deal with, easy to run our clinic with 8 therapists - I go it all from my phone.

Pros

The pros are: Easy to use Affordable cost Great SOAP options with diagrams Reports are easy to generate I do everything from my phone :)

Cons

I’m in Australia and sometimes there’s a delay to sort out something…very rarely though, normally it’s smooth sailing.

I love it. I’m having a good time with it. It makes all of the elements of my work organized and streamlined.

Pros

Love the scheduling, patient reminders, online booking, clinical notes and how it all integrates

Cons

The only thing it doesn’t have is the ability to track my employees hours and do their payroll on it. It does absolutely everything else and is so cheap and fairly intuitive

Noterro is a very effective and efficient way to set up and run your practice. I highly recommend this software platform to small and medium sized businesses. It integrates well with Square and Xero software too.

Pros

It is relatively easy to have your clinic up and effectively running rather quickly. It is intuitive for the non-techy but I love the responsiveness of the support team.

Cons

My biggest con is that I can’t use my own client forms. And don’t have the time to create ones in the template.

They are very patient and always go above and beyond to help me as soon as possible. They go the extra mile to explain things to me or find ways to solve specific issues for my clinic. I love that they are willing to hear my clinic needs and explore, as well as design, new ways to better the use of Noterro for all. I have never worked with an online based company that is as respectful, hardworking and truly concerned with both my company as well as my clients as Noterro does.

Pros

I liked the medical based format as opposed to a spa type format of the software. The versatility of Noterro to keep my database HIPPA compliant, as well as professional, with abilty to share documents with clients to share with their doctors, insurance, as well as many other items stood out above other online scheduling companies.

Cons

I thought there was a text reply option for confirmation of an appointment but that wasn't the case. However, I brought this to the attention of customer service and they are now in the process of bringing that abilty for future use.

Reason for choosing Noterro

The professionalism that my clinic needed for the overlap of my profession into the medical and mental health industries. I appreciate the versatility for my specific clinic needs as well as the reasonable price. The customer service was by far better than others, even in the beginning stages of comparing online scheduling products.

Ultimately Noterro has changed my business and quite literally my life. I used to spend so much time taking phone calls from clients because they "couldn't get online booking to work" through my previous systems. Noterro does NOT have those issues and my clients never complain now about not being able to get features to work. I love Noterro and hope to be using for years. I also really like that they listen to your feedback and really want to take your advice to improve their system.

Pros

#1 best feature is their online booking. I've had other systems before and Noterro is by far the one that makes my clients the happiest. they can easily manage appointments online without hassle and I could link noterro to my website for seamless online booking. clients love that the intake forms are easy and they WORK and don't glitch out, and clients love that they can manage appointments online through their account easily. Also online accounts are a breeze for clients to create. Previous systems through other providers have been clunky and glitchy - Noterro is very smooth and seamless for clients. I also like that it's super easy to change things (prices, services offered, descriptions, online availability, scheduling, etc). The SOAP Notes are great too because they are easy to use and Noterro is great to use mobily. I've used some systems that you can do everything EXCEPT soaps on your phone which is a hassle during a busy day seeing clients.

Cons

So far I have only discovered 3 things I dislike about Noterro and they are minimal. Overall I REALLY love noterro and highly recommend. 1 - clients cant buy gift certificates (either online or in person). you might have a work-around for this by creating it as a service and checking out that way, or go to your check out system and check out that dollar amount. But it would be nice for clients to be able to by gift certificates online. 2 - When requesting time off, you have to go in to the calendar and make the change for each day individually instead of just selecting a time range and doing it all for one large block. Again, this is a pretty minimal thing - just takes a little extra time but could be improved at some point. 3 - I would like to have more appt reminders for clients. right now you have the option for 1 email and 1 text to go to clients and there are different reminder times you can set for depending on when you want those to go out. I personally want clients to get 2 emails and 2 texts (one of each 48 hours in advance and one of each on the day of the appointment because people tend to forget appointments).

All of these other systems did not meet my needs in some way. Massage book was hard to use on my cell phone, gloss genius/square didn't have the ability for TRUE soap notes, clinicsense was not modern enough for me. Vagaro was the one i used for the longest and from the back end of things, it actually worked pretty well, but from the client end there were constantly issues for my customers. So many glitches, timing out of the application, deleted information, and never ending issues with online booking. Also to mention, using the website extension for vagaro was expensive and it really didn't look all that great. Now I have a beautiful website used through Shine Pages and Noterro is an extension of my website (used as an external link) and it is so seemless and gorgeous. Noterro seemed to meet all of my needs and more so I made the switch and I've been extremely happy.
