The System is great and really straightfoward to use and very quick to upload shifts etc

Cons

Nothing think the system is great and in my opinion a really easy system to use.

The system is intuitive and simple to use. The app enables our workforce to stay informed while reducing reliance on emails. I especially appreciate the workflow feature and the ability to create forms with signature fields, drop-downs, etc. It’s a great tool for improving efficiency and communication within our team.

Pros

User friendly and intuitive design makes it easy to navigate even if you're new to the system.

Cons

Would like better reporting features, e.g. ability to use operators and conditions to customise reports, ability to report on data from a wider range of items/fields, ability to pivot data from within the system (rather than downloading and manipulating data in excel).

I really didn't have anything to compare it to at the time so I guess it was functional. As an employee, it had reminders to check in and check out and also contained contact info if I needed to connect with someone immediately. Good supervisory tool.

Pros

Ubeya was used to schedule me for particular jobs outside of my regular workplace and it was easy to exchange information with my direct supervisor.

Cons

Sometimes I feel like it was more user error than the app itself when some critical info wasn't passed on to me like parking locations, etc.

Pros

Very straightforward and easy to use. All the important things we need in business for scheduling, payroll and invoicing are in Ubeya!

Cons

There are occasionally small glitches as the new updates are released but the Ubeya team fixes them in no time!

I mostly use it for clocking in and out and track my hours in terms of an employee, and in terms of a shift admin i assign shifts based on the hours i can see on the website

Pros

Easy interface, can keep track of all my work And easy to send shifts track what other co-worker are doing

Cons

Hard otp process, Notifications are a big con it's not stable and it can just not come to my phone

I am highly satisfied with the overall experience with Ubeya . Right from the beginning they took the time to explain each detail of the software and made sure we are comfortable. The continues availability to support us is much appreciated. I would recommend them to any company looking fir a great product.

Pros

Its user friendly and easy to navigate. I love the fact that we can upload multiple documents to each profile and that the app can be accessed easily via my phone and has most of the desktop reatures.

Cons

There had been a few glithches and delay in processing, but the technical has been very swift in its response to address it

Pros

Having close to all aspects (from planning to scheduling to payroll) on 1 platform

Cons

While being very flexible, making last-moment changes in the planning can sometimes feel unnecessarily time-consuming for large scale events.

Pros

Works great being able to update the planner quickly and push this out to team members. If the of the shift changes we can have it updated within seconds.

Cons

I would like to see the running cost of shifts change as and when I am making tweaks to my planner.

Cons

It is a young company and there are still many improvements that need to be made to have the full functionality that I would like but they will get there with and a few years time it would be unrivalled.

Few changes that were made when creating bookings but nothing major comes to mind

Easy to use with the right access and smoother check in process.

Pros

User friendly, digital check in/check out, simple authorisation of timesheets.

Cons

It always makes me log in twice. Staff cannot see worked hours. Would be great if staff are automatically assigned as Area/Event captain when booked in as Managers/Supervisors.

The overall view of the calendar is well-designed; generally, it's pretty good, and the information is easy to find. However, the interface could be improved in certain areas, like making the search icon a bit more prominent.

Cons

To improve the mobile version for users, you could provide an overview (dashboard) of the month/week with stats.
