A more complete collaboration is maintained by all the members, allowing tasks to be kept more concentrated and more simplified

Pros

It is a simple tool to work with where I can better manage each project that is being carried out with the work group in real time, giving precision in the tasks to be carried out. Its installation execution is simple without problems with a powerful and secure software where the data is protected

The only negative aspect is that it might be a little challenging to locate older entries; this could be fixed.

Start 2019 in einem kleinen (überlasteten externen) Team (No-Profit-Organisation), leider keine erfolgreiche Implementierung, da die Begleitung (durch meine Person) nicht optimal war. Allerdings ist dort ein Neuanfang gestartet worden. Parallel 2019 in einem größeren Team eingesetzt und mit der besseren Begleitung hat sich das Tool über die Jahre fest in den Arbeitsalltag verankert. Geeignet für kleine Teams und große Organisationen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Überlegungen laufen im Haupthaus, den Einsatz zu erweitern.

Pros

Vielfältiges Dokumentations- und Planungstool. Bei umsichtigem Start kann man ein Team mitnehmen, nach und nach mehr Funktionen entdecken

Cons

Bei unvorsichtigem Einsatz verliert man schnell den Überblick, was bei all diesen Tools passieren kann.

I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone I know in a similar working environment to me who need to manage a lot of staff with varying roles. It’s a fantastic organising tool.

Pros

I absolutely love Zenkit, and use it every day. I like how you can upload pictures and make notes on items and have dialogue over certain tasks. I really really love the product and it is a vital way for me to manage staff and keep ontop of tasks. Plus a great way to organise myself with current and future projects. I would really like to bring the product to the greater estate and use for all elements of the company like the farming, Properties etc and use it as the format for the entire company. but we are restricted on members.

Cons

To be fair, I havent had enough time to really see all the features and I am sure there is much more I can do with it. What is frustrating is the lack of notifications when I or anther member add a new task- they have to go onto the app to see if there are any additional items I’ve added.. which is frustrating and of they don't check it, important tasks get missed. I also would ideally like to add more people to the account as restricted in only a small amount of people, and the company is much bigger but that is down to cost.

I actually can’t remember the product i switched from as it was a very long time ago…..The other product went bust and didnt work anymore. I tried lots of other apps and nothing was as close to the last product as Zenkit.

I love hkw Zenkit offers an all-in-one package with seamless transition between all available modes, yoi can just jump between modes to add the information where it is clear and visible the most.

Zenkit is outstanding at task & project management. It's super customizable and easy to use. Our business can't live without it!

Cons

The only con to using Zenkit is that it's not free, HOWEVER, in life, there's no such thing as a "free lunch" or free-anything that's of value.

Insgesamt finde ich Zenkit modern und zeitgemäß. Es läuft schnell und auf vielen Plattformen. An der einen oder anderen Stelle fehlen noch Einstellungsoptionen.

Pros

Der Vorteil liegt meiner Erfahrung nach darin, dass man Aufgaben sowohl nach Kanban als auch nach Terminen und Uhrzeiten planen kann und der Server in Deutschland steht. Das kann bspw. von Trello oder dem Microsoft Planner nicht behaupten. Die Bedienung ist deutlich besser als das Aufgabenmanagement in Outlook. Der Preis pro Mitarbeiter ist okay, aber im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz kein Schnäppchen, wenn man davon ausgeht, dass der Microsoft Planner bei vielen ohne Mehraufwand vorhanden ist.

Cons

Bei dem Verteilen von Aufgaben auf die Woche werden keinerlei Labels angezeigt. Das macht diese Funktion eigentlich sinnlos, da ich in der Liste nur noch die Bezeichnung der Aufgaben sehe, aber nicht mehr die zuvor angelegten Prioritäten oder andere Felder einsehen kann. Man kann zwar den Outlook-Kalender anzeigen, aber nur in dem globalen Kalender und nicht in eigenen Collection, d. h. bei der Verteilung der Aufgaben auf die Woche und Uhrzeiten. Ich muss in diesem Fall immer parallel in Outlook nachsehen, ob es nicht zu einer Terminkollision kommt, wenn ich Aufgaben mit Zeiten versehe.Der Schieberegler mit dem Detailgrad ist unklar in seiner Funktion. Utilizo zenkit para poder administrar mis trabajos y proyectos en tableros, es muy util para poder tener un control de todo lo que hago, aun que solo manejo directamente en la aplicación para computadoras, la aplicación móvil solo la uso como recordatorio de tareas.

Pros

Zenkit permite gestionar los trabajos realizados mediante un tablero, de tal forma que se puede administrar las diversas tareas de trabajo en diferentes etapas para llevar un control de cualquier confección y diseño, además posee una interfaz móvil para poder llevar un control en cualquier lugar.

Cons

La aplicación para celular es funcional pero tiene fallos recurrentes de rendimiento.

Pros

It is full-featured and powerful, while being easy to use. It has more fields and options that its competitors - which makes it more useful and flexible.

Cons

Great for task mgmt, not as much for large project mgmt.
