Pros: We have partners & customers in various regions internationally and need to be able to work with a standardized collaboration platform on multiple projects with them. Web-based was a key requirement, to avoid the annoying delays with client downloads and installation delays when we start online conference calls. Kutamo does that very well.
Automating the follow-up items and doc collaboration syncing is a gem. Too easy to miss people or have to deal with endless threads. Same kudos for the minute's automation, we always had one or more folks taking notes and some points always seemed to just not make it to the group.
SSO works, which removes one more annoyance. Easy access to multiple cloud storage services simplifies working with our various 3rd party collaborators.
The pricing made the migration a no-brainer...

Overall: Always exciting to work with early-stage vendors where you have a very strong intuition they are going to make it...
