Great! Highly recommended and has made Management and salsa of our vacation rentals easy and effective !

Pros

All the features , 1. Booking on 28 platforms 2. Our own booking site 3. Reservations synced 4. Easy setup and easy to modify vacation rental units 5. All calendars in sync no double booking 6. Payments received before or on check in by customer 7. Customer sees Holidu as the renter on the platform and sees thousand of rental units and very good reviews so is more trusting and more confident to book. 8. Holidu customer service

Cons

Customer service needs to be available Saturday’s and Sundays - there are no weekends during the season !!

For all the advantages that I have listed above . All the features , 1. Booking on 28 platforms 2. Our own booking site 3. Reservations synced 4. Il sito è semplicissimo e molto intuitivo. Dentro il sito stanno tante genialate che altri non hanno! Tipo il sito web personale, l’opzione per riempire i buchi aumentando la % se non si vuole affogare per 1 giorno e tante, tante altre. Assistenza italiana non in Albania!!! L’assistenza Holidu si compro tra come se la casa fosse loro, si vede che ci tengono si interessano al piano tariffario, pensano alle strategie di vendita!!! Lo trovo davvero superlativo

Denke das Wichtigste ist oben gesagt. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wird per Googlemeeting und Bildschirm teilen die Einrichtung vorgenommen. Angenehmer Fotograf/in hat entsprechend aktuelle Fotos vom Objekt gemacht und veröffentlicht.

Pros

Holidu mit der Selbstbucherplattform helfen beim Onboarden, machen Werbung auf vielen Plattformen, kümmert sich um die Abrechnung mit dem Gast und setzen Kundenwünsche zeitnah um.

Cons

Wir haben DTS Sterne, leider werden sie nicht angezeigt. Manche Anfragen, wie bitte die Änderung bei den Bildern - wird auch schnell erledigt - aber ohne Rückmeldung, das es erledigt wurde. Generell eine Rückmeldung wäre super. Manche Anfragen dauern etwas, meist geht es innerhalb 1 Tag.

Recomendé su página de anuncio a un propietario el cual accedió a formar parte de su cartera de promotores de turismo rural. Al cabo de un tiempo contactaron conmigo para gratificarme o premiarme por la recomendación, con una cantidad económica. Con los días me di cuenta que solo.fue estrategia falsa y comercial para tener más datos de usuario,.sin entender su fin, pues aquella gratificación nunca se produjo, pese a acceder a dar datos que necesitan. Pros

The calendar; my whole family are able to access the calendar and block the property when they want to - preventing me from being the go-between and avoiding any conflicts. Multiple connections: before I was just marketing the property on Airbnb and now I have it on multiple channels in multiple languages and I only had to input the information once - all the translations were done for me.

Cons

It is obviously more expensive than doing it yourself but it takes away the hassle of running it myself, which is worth a lot, AND we rent out the property much more than before!

Insgesamt ist es ein sauberes Toll, das man nach kurzer Eingewöhnung gut nutzen kann - aus der Sicht eines privaten Vermieters, der eine FeWo nur nebenbei vermietet, und sicher gehen möchte, dass es zu keinen Doppel-Buchungen und einer sauberen Abwicklung der Zahlungen kommt. Der Wechsel ging pro aktiv von Lohospo aus, nachdem Holidu mit diesen wirtschaftlich verbunden war. Die neue Bedienoberfläche war eindeutig besser, als das mittlerweile sehr outdatet T-Manager Tool von Lohospo

Pros

Viele Buchungs-Plattformen werden perfekt in einem Belegungsplan synchronisiert

Cons

Die Kommunikation mit Gästen ist sehr starr. Eine direkte persönliche E-Mail Ansprache wird (zB. bei Buchungen über booking) verhindert. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, über die App direkt nach Eingang einer Buchung, kurz vor Aufenthalt und nach dem Aufenthalt der Gäste diesen mit selbst gestalteten Mails eine positive Customer Journey zu vermitteln

a centraliização de todo o processo de reservas, gestão de calendários e pagamentos

Cons

Como mencionado anteriormente, é necessário implementar um sistema de "chat" com os hóspedes, seguindo o exemplo de outras plataformas semelhantes. O sistema de apoio ao cliente tem que continuara a melhorar

Muy buena experiencia con Holidu y su equipo humano. Son grandes profesionales y eficientes.

Pros

Con Holidu tengo un único lugar dónde gestionar las reservas y a los huéspedes. Además de un gestor personal que siempre está muy atenta y atienden a los huéspedes o a mi en caso de que haya algún problema. Gracias!

Cons

Las comisiones son algo elevadas. Los portales ya tienen una comisión muy alta y el incremento de los porcentajes de Holidu se nota.

Je suis pas du genre à laisser des avis, mais j'avoue que j'aurais aimé lire un avis comme celui-ci à l'époque. Ça m'aurait évité de perdre du temps avec des solutions usine à gaz au prix d'appel alléchant mais bourrées d'options coûteuses dès qu'on veut sortir du lot. Évidement utiliser Bookiply à aussi un coût mais après plusieurs mois d'utilisation ça me parait bien justifié d'autant que j'ai eut droit un shooting pro photo totalement gratuit pour tous mes 5 logements. À tester et recommender sans hésiter !

Pros

Je trouve super de pouvoir facilement joindre Maxime de l'agence Bookiply de Rennes. Je m'attendais d'ailleurs pas à ce qu'il vienne chez moi pour m'aider à configurer mes annonces ! Il m'a aussi rassuré sur mes craintes vis à vis de la réservation instantanée et après 5 résa reçues dès la première semaine d'utilisation, je dois dire que je ne regrette pas d'y être passé. Bref, je trouve que Bookiply est vraiment une solution simple efficace et humaine comme on n'en trouve plus beaucoup.

Cons

Mon seul regret c'est de ne pas en avoir entendu parler avant que je "m'embourbe" avec une autre channel manager.

Un bon accompagnement par les équipes Holidu pour la mise en place et le suivi. Logiciel intuitif et facile dans son utilisations. Excellent agrégateur. Une annonce en différentes langues.... et sur 13 sites différents... Synchronisation au top de l'agenda. Facile d'utilisation pour le suivi et le paiement... Bravo !!! je recommande.

Cons

A ce jour, je n'ai pas relevé d'inconvénient. Il faut être vigilant quant à l'annonce qui est rédigée par l'équipe Holidu afin qu'elle corresponde le mieux à votre établissement.
