From all the info I provided in the tech pack, the manufacturer was able to create the clothing item!! Now, I am using this product for ALL my manufacturing needs, from furniture, to handbags, to jewelry and more! Pros great way to organize ALL the details for any project that needs to be made by an outside manufacturer Cons some of the controls are not intuitive; the small "square" for each tech pack is invisible until you mouse over it... better if it wasn't invisible!! Cons The slowness and inability to delete other saved versions. Sometimes versions are accidentally saved which can confuse designers. Ai should be uploaded as is AI file, not image 2. XLS - migrating excel is not always successful. I attempted to upload one but it doesn't look the same and there are missing details. 3. I haven't really checked all the features since mostly i am doing manula via AI but I'll give more feedback once I get to use more often. Thank you. I feel like I'm back in corporate. I feel like a business owner and less like a freelancer every single day!!! Pros Where to begin! My favorite part is how absolutely impressive my tech packs look. My clients are so impressed. I love how easy it is to save libraries and drag images into the tech pack to create cards. Techpacker makes the entire process so fast and seamless! Cons I really wish a demo came with your subscription. Freelancers are scraping together their pennies and there is just not an extra $500 in the bank for a set-up fee. It took a solid 4 months for me to really get moving in techpacker but now that I'm familiar with it I'm going to dive into the measurements section and continue to improve my productivity! Reasons for choosing Techpacker The price made all the difference. BeProduct has some IMPRESSIVE features but I can actually work without them! It has a nice set of tools essential for product development and fashion supply chain management. Pros As a freelancer, I manage multiple clients daily. Techpacker allows me to conveniently divide all my projects into folders and store all my design assets within them. From sketches and Bill of Materials to correspondence with clients and suppliers. This brought a lot of clarity and efficiency into my workflow! I also love how easily I can generate doc with any piece of information like a Fit Sheet or Lab Dips and share it with vendors. Cons Since it is a cloud-based software you need an active internet connection to access it. It would be great to have it available as a desktop app at some point as well.
