October 6, 2017 4.0 Pros I started using this in 2016 for my CLT students.While I am teaching a course say Hematology in my CLT program, I can assign the similar topics from Compliance and CE to practice on. The students loved it and I am very pleased with this product.I feel my students are better prepared for certification exam because they can do the courses as many times as they can with detailed explanation to all the answers.The best thing they liked is the Game mode. We are also able to control trainings that we issue and set up automatic retraining updates. Cons I would love a little more research lab centered trainings rather than health care labs. I am required to submit pace credits every 2 years to renew license. Pros I appreciate the diverse selection of webinars to chose from, it is worth the membership to have so many selections to chose from. I enjoy the abundant topics presented and the course presenters have articulately structured each course for maximum benefit with great content and graphics. There has been no problems with signing up, taking the course, starting and pausing the activity, and then testing. I enjoy that you have both options to have a paper course copy or just follow the online course . I like the review options too. All in all, this is the best program and software for multiple platforms. I would not have done as well as i did in my test if the software wasn't easy to use Cons I didn't have any major complains except when it keeps asking me to sign in again on my phone even when i didn't sign out the last session. Pros I liked how test subjects could be chosen by selecting an area to work on. I also liked the ease of access. It has a lot of basic courses that help with the yearly training requirements for the lab staff. Cons I wish it had a better a variety of courses--new courses--year after year. September 26, 2017 5.0 It really helps students learn and review. It emphasizes what they are learning. The exam simulator for the ASCP exams are great, we just have to motivate students to use it. Ones that have used it said it helped their test scores the most. Pros The content is well thought out. I like that I can assign students courses so easily and can look at reports to see how they have done on the tests at the end of the course. Cons Sometimes I have to feel around the program to get out of it what I want. (like in reports) Sometimes I just have to play with all the options to get what I want to see. Pros The software is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I liked how after reading the lecture the quiz promptly popped up.
