Subsidy tracking good . Pros Sign in and out is great. It has removed the paper copies of many things. Some of the updates are only available on tablet not desktop which is frustrating. Cons Reporting side is greatly lacking. We need to be able to sort and define data that may be required by both week and day. eg. driver pickups for the week. put children in reports in alphabetical order by surname so that siblings are together. Sorting by schools would be useful. in the messaging system it would be helpful to be able to see if parents have received messages and if they have been opened. Reason for choosing aimy Plus Had it first. Decided that we would have similar issues with any new product. Switched from [Enrolmy](https://www.capterra.com/p/149762/Enrolmy/) We looked at it as an alternative after we started with Aimyplus due to the amount of issues we were having with the payments in Aimyplus. May 10, 2023 4.0 Pros We love that there are many elements to AIMY PLUS onsite it is great to have the AIMY PLUS app so everything is there at our finger tips, we aren't having to go through manual enrolment forms to find phone numbers and check allergies etc... the AIMY PLUS website is easy to navigate and when you need help its easy to contact someone and they are quick at getting back to you. The QR code is super convenient and parents prefer that method to sign in/out their children over the tablet/ipad Cons QR Code- would be good if it instantly updated on the device instead of having to refresh it whenever a child is collected Reason for choosing aimy Plus We went with AIMY PLUS as it was the easiest for parents and staff, we had previously used another service with another provider, but it didn't offer some of the feature's AIMY and simplicity of AIMY. Pros Ease of bookings and tracking children for the center and the parents. Invoicing can be easily tracked and distributed. Cons The program is slow in running, no matter what speed network I am on, or PC I am using. The program is always slow in opening or navigating between pages. The ease of navigating between pages and the last information working on being lost is time consuming, filters get erased if navigated between pages. Cannot be opened on two separate pages(tabs) working on different things simultaneously. Pros I liked the fact parents could enrol for attendance online and I liked the lists created for pickup for the kids each day. Cons I did not like the way billing was setup and it was hard to keep up a running total of amounts owed by parents. Bills they hadn't paid weren't added to the next month's billing so parents were confused at the total amount they owed. Very little support available. Have to search to find help and log into another system. Pros That parents can book children online themselves. Parent able to view accounts owing Cons Invoice. finance reports being date specific only. Ie unless downloaded on a specific date cannot get the info. Balances owing in the parents portal did not match the statements that Aimy plus provided. The fact that overpayments are not shown in aimy plus once you integrate to xero so parents constantly overpaying accounts based on figures in their parent portal. Express daily check in generates a daily invoice instead of allowing the ability to do a weekly invoice. I have found it easy to navigate and learn. Any issues I have had I have emailed the team and they have always replied in a prompt fashion. I still have more to learn about using the programme. Pros The ease if finding information. It is reasonably easy to navigate your way through. The prompt service from the helpline. Cons For our workplace it would be great if you could select different sites on separate tabs. As it is now you can only be on the one site at a time. It's easy to use, promotes transparency and conveys professionalism. It's a great tool onsite where staff can access information quickly, at a glance and can be accessed and monitored from anywhere with internet! At the back office - it has reduced paperwork and storage space which is great for the environment and I have claimed my desk back! There is no data entry ie no human error, and no working overtime on the weekends ie freedom!! The support team has been great to work with. There is a real person to talk to at the other end of the phone and they respond to issues promptly and keep us updated. I also enjoy reading the weekly gems with fun kids activities ideas and sharing topics on staff management and child behaviors. Cons There are a few functionalities to improved on, which they are aware of and they are rolling out new releases regularly. Cons The programe around invoicing/ statements has been very messy for us and not easy to use as we area multi centre site and there has been pressure to use Zero as part of the package at extra cost.
