Pros: In my opinion, it's perfect chat for online stores - integrates with CRM and e-commerce engine and help my team to sell through chat. The leads amount increased by 24% after 1 month of usage. I recommend everyone to use this chat.

Cons: Not much, but a few things that would nice to enhance or add are triggered chats, teams, and mobile applications for agents.

Overall: Lead generations, saving the time and money on call-center, active sales when our salesmen can invite site visitors to the chat and sell during the conversation
