We were with Zipwhip for several years, and were very sad when we heard they were no longer going to be in business, we looked for a companies with similarities to zipwhips for months. Pros ZipWhip was very easy to use, setup was very easy as well. It was very easy to train new employee on how to use the software. Very cost effective. It was very difficult to find a similar software with everything Zipwhip offered at the same price or even close to the same price. We miss Zipwhip very much. Cons I would say what we least liked about Zipwhip it was they didn't particularly didn't have focus on insurance agencies.
