Pros

Easy to use. I like that I can look up clients by a name, number or even social.

Cons

There are too many duplicate files and it makes it hard to find a client sometimes.

Pros

This is THE premier CRM for a Debt Settlement company and while no CRM is perfect DPP does at least offer the functionality required to work and maintain a debt settlement interface.

Cons

On the administrative side the website layout is very disorganized and makes it much more difficult to achieve necessary tasks. A separate Admin Portal would be a good idea to implement for working on the back-end functionality.
