The stage is extremely easy to use and simple to explore. This was our first virtual meeting, and we were unable to have requested a superior stage to have our occasion. I worked with Gaurav from the Customer Success group at Hubilo. I got ceaseless help from him all through the arranging phases of the occasion, including during the occasion. Much obliged to you for your understanding with every one of the inquiries I continued tossing at you all through the arranging stage. Like your and your group's help as far as possible. Made my work significantly simpler!

Pros

This was our first time directing our foundation's 2-day yearly class in a virtual organization and the choice to utilize Hubilo end up being advantageous. The stage's ease of use and crowd commitment were all around adored by all. The help group ensured that every one of our questions was explained just as furnished us with all-around help.

Cons

Would prescribe to have a possibility for the speakers to collaborate straightforwardly with the crowd during meetings, perhaps through visit windows. More adjustable topics would likewise be valued.

We got lots of positive feedback from our events attendees, partners, sponsors as well as our teammates and management about the Hubilo hybrid platform, both the virtual event website and the mobile app, that vastly contributed to the success of the Acronis #CyberFit Summits in 2021. We are looking forward to organizing our next events on Hubilo.

Pros

Very user-friendly experience for attendees, sponsors and organizers. Very reliable, stable and well-performing virtual platform paired with an excellent, modern-looking mobile app. Compatibility with multiple streaming setups. Multiple attendee engagement features. A real real-time analytics consolidated on a very user-friendly dashboard. Outstanding client support team, walking extra mile to help, consult and deliver features customization upon request. Integration with other marketing and event management technologies.

Cons

Nobody is perfect, but with Hubilo you know that all suggestions the clients are making to them, land in their roadmap for future releases. In 2021 Hubilo launched bunch of enhancements, and they are constantly working on rolling out features updates. Our suggestions included some little things like adding virtual background feature in virtual meetings, together with some serious asset like on-site hospitality technology (check-in desks, lead scanners, session attendance scanners, etc.).

We vetted many virtual platforms during the first 6 months of the pandemic. From the first version of their virtual platform, Hubilo's has been far above the other options out there from not only an admin perspective but from an attendee experience as well. Each new version they have come out with has captured many changes to keep up and stay at the forefront of what virtual platforms offer. In the pandemic, good, strategic conent has not been enough to make a good event. You have to provide attendees with a seamless and memorable expereince to really hit it out of the park. Hubilo has allowed us to do this since we started with them.

Pros

\- Great branding opportunities for organizers and sponsors - Intuitive interface for users - Ability to scale & customize various parts of the platform per event to meet different event and client needs - Seamless streaming as well as the ability to control AV yourself if desired - Quick and resourceful account management from Hubilo

Cons

\- Still room for further customization of microsites - Certain sections that cannot be edited (i.e. section titles) - not many, but some - No speed-dating 1:1 meeting option

### "A smart and user friendly platform for anyone wanting to elevate their virtual events"

I spent a lot of time scouting platforms and showcased almost 10 different platforms. Hubilo ticked so many of our boxes and became a lead choice for us. We delivered our Environmental Climate Summit via the platform and it was a huge success. Above all the comments here, the customer service is exceptional our customer service representative - \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] - has been so helpful. He has answered all of my MANY questions quickly and with patience and clarity. He has also supported us and made changes to the actual platform to best support our needs.

Pros

Clean design Native streaming Very customizable User-friendly tools for marketing and analytics Great additional features, such as Lounges, Rooms (we use as breakout workshops), and superb sponsorship booths Superb customer service Annual subscription - not pay per event

Cons

The charging model is great and largely suits us very well. However, the registration credits can prove tricky if you are hosting a series of free and paid-for events, as the free events often attract a disproportionate amount of registrants that then absorb the credits available for paid-for events.

### "Fantastic Virtual Event Platform"

Our experience with Hubilo was fantastic! We hosted a 5-day virtual event with 1,000+ participants, exhibitors, and sponsors and we got such great positive feedback from everyone who participated. Many of our participants and exhibitors had participated in other virtual events on platforms MUCH more expensive and were blown away by the Hubilo platform. Our participants found Hubilo intuitive to navigate, they loved the Event Feed and the ability to network with others, and the ease of participating in the live-stream sessions. Our exhibitors were thrilled with the real-time analytics that the Hubilo platform provided, and ability to chat/meet one-on-one with our participants. The Hubilo Support team was super responsive, and always willing to hop on a call to help explain the platform functionality as we were creating the course on the platform. We created a WhatsApp channel with the Hubilo team for the week of the event, and they would respond in seconds to any questions or issues that popped up during the event. It was very comforting to know that the Hubilo team was ready to assist if we needed any help!

Pros

The customer support that we received was a major plus! Being able to reach out with random questions knowing that we would get a rapid response was great! The platform has a seamless integration with Zoom (you create the session in Hubilo, indicate you want it to be streamed, and a Zoom meeting is automatically created in Zoom, and connected to the Hubilo platform). Also, the reporting and analytics that the Hubilo platform provides are very comprehensive. The fact that exhibitors can see real-time analytics and pull their own reports makes it even better (removes the need for event staff to pull and provide to exhibitors). The platform was visually clean, but also modern and aesthetically appealing. The platform design allows for people to get excited about the event, but for those who are not tech-savvy (a large contingency of our participants) to not get overwhelmed by the visual design. In addition to the web app, we also had the mobile app which was helpful for participants who preferred to access the platform on a tablet/mobile phone.

Cons

Once a participant is added to the platform, you cannot change their email address (you have to create a new account and delete the old account). It would be great if you could edit email addresses within the platform!

We have looked at our competitors offer amazing, 3D virtual environments BUT they need complex graphic cards and specific hardware to run, something all our users did not have. Hubilo is simple yet effective and easy - if you can open and run a Facebook page then you can use Hubilo and that was our point of departure, we could not afford that our event across the different time zones crash because of hard-ware requirement and Hubilo ensured we had an extremely successful event with happy delegates - better than we could have ever envisaged as the organisers.

Pros

The support team ! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] with their teams are incredible - without their support and guidance and willingness to help us would not have had a uber successful virtual event - our event ran for an entire month and the team were simply exceptional. Great software will be the critical component when running any virtual exhibition but having passionate support staff to help guide you will be the magical ingredient. Our OurAfrica.Travel connected 21 463 x one-one, face-face global meetings with incredible feedback. PLUS users can access the virtual platform via IPAD and certain mobile devices - our delegates loved the option to take our virtual trade show completely mobile with Hubilo !

Cons

Ticket pricing is available only in the major currencies, this makes it difficult if the payment solution does not offer your local currency. Especially during COVID - the U$D fluctuation with our local currency in Africa changed drastically over the time we planned but again the support team helped us find a manual work-around to minimise our risk exposure and this was a life-saver of us.

Pros

The audience engagement feature of the software was quite helpful for users. Since ours was an in-person event, it was very important for our audience to engage and network with one another. This software mobile app played a huge part in keeping our audience engaged and networking with each other. This created a very good retention and engagement loop and helped us in our event. Our users' used live event feed and setting up a meeting with one another the most and it was a game-changing experience. App gamification features such as contests, polls, and surveys were also used a lot and they are very well executed on the app's front end. App tech and implementation support were phenomenal and the hubilo team did a fantastic job in fixing ad-hoc bugs and issues that were coming. Overall support and timelines for deployment were effectively managed by their team. The team lead was personally involved with every development and support that was required to customize it as per our requirements.

Cons

From an organizer standpoint, the backend dashboard was a bit difficult to maneuver especially on the D-Day when event agenda changes quickly. This can be made better for organizers to keep up the pace with live online management of agendas.Live event navigation and way-finding within the event could have been added as functionality and that is a very important use case to manage offline events.

The only opportunity to improve I see is the initial reach-out to attendees. It seems that the e-mail sent to attendees went to their spam folders, or the instructions were not 100% clear, and some attendees had issues accessing the platform for the first time. That being said, Hubilo helped really quickly to give them access.

Hubilo was our virtual venue for AIA Lifehackers 2022, and we wanted to provide an all-in-one platform for our attendees, speakers, mentors, and jury. It offered many flexible features for attendees to engage with each other and participate in content created for them.

Pros

Their customer service is top-notch! Our assigned CSM Shatakshi and the rest of the support team were very responsive and accommodating.

Cons

Hubilo's ticketing system could use improvement in terms of free events that do not require purchasing a ticket. We received a lot of questions about "buying" a ticket, even if it cost 0 USD.

We use Hubilo to facilitate our annual conference experience. It provided extra value to the experience and elevated the excitement for our guests.

Pros

This is the second time we used the software to assist with a hybrid conference and to elevate the in-person experience. It provided a great medium for attendees to connect with one another and interact leading up to the conference and to engage with events during the conference. Some of the setup is not intuitive but we had the help of our client service managers who went the extra mile to schedule demos, address our questions, and be on call during the event to address any issues that arose. For someone who does not have a tech background, they were very helpful in explaining and liasing with other third parties to ensure our streaming went perfectly. They were also transparent regarding the limitations of the platform and the package we had purchased, as well as showing us some workarounds to assist with out needs. We would strongly recommend!

Cons

The event interface is not always clear so it required instruction by the client service managers to understand how to do certain tasks. There could also be clearer registration/capture options.

Customer service and features was the key for us. We needed a effective platform that was simple enough for everyone to understand. The help and explanations of Hubilo team first helped us to see how Hubilo was the perfect platform for us. Then we were helped all the way until the event and 24/24 a few days before the event to make sure our event will go smoothly. In a few words, easy to handle and great customer service ! Hubilo Team is at our service all the way ! Our visitors gave a lot of compliments to the platform.

Pros

Hubilo is very simple to use even for people whom are not digital natives, it works like a simplified social media. Every feature is easy to find and set up, the chats, meetings, conferences etc are all working without any flaws.

Cons

Some features and tweaks missing, but with the help of the development team and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] it was so easy to settle everything up

Reason for choosing Hubilo

We looked at many platforms but others were not as developed as Hubilo or completely virtual (3D world, etc) and not appealing and easy to understand for non-digital natives. Hubilo had the required features (and even more) plus the ease to handle ! No regrets !

### "Easy to learn with a robust features"

It’s easy to learn on how to create, manage and publish the event using Hubilo.

Cons

Creating a session on Hubilo is often quite a hassle, the UI & UX design requires a lengthy process to create/edit session’s timing and description. The lack of click/drag options makes the entire session creation process is rather painful when we do have a large number of sessions.We can’t duplicate event in Hubilo, hence to create a monthly/repeated events with the similar agenda and settings - we need to create from scratch for every event. It’s a lengthy and repetitive process which can be rather counter-productive.

Interpretation could be made available in the breakout rooms. More than 12 people on video at one time in the breakout rooms. Interprefy could work in partnership with Hubilo without the customer having to contact them separately

He makes plans to attend my virtual events live to help with any troubles, he provides support and explanation. I had few other customers experience support but none of them provided a top-notch support as \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] does. Ask for him on your next event.

Pros

The platform has engagement features that really helps our audience connect with each other, very robust, easy to setup/configurate, great customer service, desktop and mobile version, integrated apps, studio offers easy file/videos setup/production for live streaming, great analytical data report.

Cons

I wish there were opportunities for the metaverse integration, maybe adding avatar user capabilities.

Due to the pandemic, we stopped our physical events and our members were missing the networking opportunities. In the platform, there were ample opportunities for attendees to interact, engage and network which was great!

Pros

We used Hubilo for one of our first major full day virtual events. We must say, from the time we got in touch with the Hubilo team (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]) until the end of the event, our CSM being \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], everything went on smoothly. We were skeptical on how it would turn out, but I must say this was one of our most successful and interactive virtual events till date with over 400 attendees! The platform was very cost efficient for non-profit associations like us and extremely user friendly. We received great feedback from the attendees and speakers, who were highly impressed with the networking opportunities and platform features. They did not face any technical difficulties during the event which was good to know. The sponsors also had good branding opportunities and exposure on the platform. The user guides and support that the Hubilo team provided us throughout has been amazing!!

Cons

I wouldnt say i disliked anything about the platform, but there are a few features which require enhancement which has been put across to the product team and we look forward to these product updates soon and ready before our next big event! Being an association in the Middle East and having majority of our audience Arabic speaking, having the platform in Arabic as well or live translation / interpretation of sessions would be very useful. As an organiser, we would also like to preview the platform before publishing it live for us to be able to see how the branding, logos, banners and other uploads look like.

### "Online Conference: MIND 2021 - remote"

It was a great interim solution for not having to cancel or offline conference due to Covid. We are even thinking of having an additional online format for our MIND conference every year.

Pros

Onboarding was easy, I could find my way around the tool easily, and whenever I could not, Hubilo support was there to help; it is very helpful that specific features can be deactivated so that attendees don't get overwhelmed when accessing the conference

Cons

The breakout sessions via Rooms were a bit complicated so that we ended up not using them since we were afraid attendees wouldn't find the room and come back in time for the keynote to continue; we did not manage to engage attendees to use the Lounge or Event feed at all; it was a big hassle to contact all attendees for updates concerning upcoming events or the like since there is no email functionality except from the invite mailer (which ends up in SPAM all the time); neither Hubilo nor Stripe was able to add another payment method for ticketing so we had to come up with a time-consuming workaround.

Over all my experience was very positive. The one area of improvement is customer / client relationships. Given that a lot is riding on this for the clients, there should be a dedicated team on stand by should someone from the main team in unavailable for various reasons.

Pros

The Hubilo app is a very simple yet powerful tool. The app is visually appealing and very simple to navigate. The users learning curve is very short and can start comfortably interacting with the app in a few minutes. Features like live polling and the news feed option make it a very dynamic experience. The backend of the app has improved as well.

Cons

A few improvements / updates i would recommend are - Edit Schedule page should be redesigned. Its cumbersome to navigate the Edit Schedule page as the actual edit section is given very little real estate. - A better system should be developed for the speaker bank.

Ease of use - the new dashboard allows a lot of customization which the earlier dashboard didn't have The App integration and customization helps in updating the app and website easily.

Cons

The color pallet is limited, Try to have theme customization as well For e.g. if a theme has an xyz schedule panel but we like schedule panel from another theme template - this customization will help a lot

\- customisable branding throughout the platform - session recordings - chat moderation - ability to interact with other attendees - simple and easy to use UI - Great customer service; Karan was always there for us and made sure that every query of ours was resolved

Cons

\- unable to add custom backgrounds for speakers - The lag removes the possibility of live interaction within sessions but there is no lag within rooms

Pros

The staff assigned to my company was highly supportive before, during and after event (shoutout to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] !!). She guided my team to navigate through the platform and it was easy for us to get the hang of it. The platform is customizable according the needs of your event.

Cons

My team and I did not have any issues with the software. We have some suggestions for improvement that were conveyed to the team by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] . 1. Improvement on invite mailer. Emails sent through the invite mailer ended up in the attendees' spam inboxes. 2. More search functions under People in the backend to locate attendees easily.

Pros

There were countless ways for attendees to engage with our content and with each other. The interface was incredibly intuitive for admin and attendees. Customer service was probably my favorite part of the entire experience, as the Hubilo was extremely friendly, responsive, and knowledgable.

Cons

Would have like for the lounge to be open for longer than 60 minutes at any given time.

It is an super easy/convenient event management platform. I loved using it for our event.

Pros

The platform had all the features we could think of while organising Meet Magento Singapore event. The Hubilo team is so supportive, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was with us on the event day so that he can help us though out the event. We really like the way Hubilo takes cares for their customers. Thanks \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] for your support and Hubilo for such an amazing platform.

Cons

There is as such nothing we liked the least but yes we didn’t get to many options to choose from for the front end look and feel. But thats totally okay!
