Pros We liked its simplicity and ease of usage, its interface, its fast when loading, its mobile friendly, sessins are laid out very well, its branding is amazing and its very easy to train people how to use. I found Hubilo as the best platform to host conferences where is possibile to have a sort of website of the event where the community could join before and after the conference. And the networking and engagement are the keys for a different solution than other on the market. The layout is clear and intuitive. The cost was very competitive, but the overriding advantage of going with Hubilo was Customer Service. We will be using the platform again in October, and I would have no hesitation recommending Hubilo to any of my peers. Cons There is nothing of significance that I could mention. Pros It’s relatively easy to use and has a lot of good functionality. Cons There should be an option to move users automatically from one session window or breakout rooms to the other. People are getting used to the zoom style of events with everything happening on a single window so in making the switch on Hubilo we tend to loose audience along the way. Including the automatic switch feature will help us maximize on the benefits of using multiple windows whiles retaining audience attention. We were constantly impressed with new updates to the platform. Pros Hubilo was extremely easy to navigate for the user and the event team managing the the backend. We also wanted to be able to host sessions that we partially prerecorded and partially live. The customer support is incredible, with very good performance and prompt answers. They managed to integrate interpretation in our third event, and it worked out really well. Overall, very flexible and effective.
