Cons Le produit supervise tous les mails du tenant M365, impossible de ne traiter que quelques comptes d'un tenant (les plus sensibles). A savoir car cela chiffre vite pour un établissement scolaire par exemple. On peut l'accepter sauf quand la boite mail générique historique reçoit une alerte à la bombe explicite. L'IA de du produit a préféré n'y voir que la demande de rançon en bloquant purement et simplement le message. Seule solution préconisée : la remédiation prévue par le logiciel donc entrainer l'IA à ignorer les demandes de rançon... Le service commercial bien qu'ayant reconnu le problème et étant incapable de garantir que cela ne se reproduirait plus n'a pas donné suite à notre demande de sortie par le haut de cette crise. Les deux profiles sont satisfaits. Pros Les fonctionnalités les plus appréciées sont les suivantes:- la possibilité d'externalisation de la solution (on premise)- la facilité d'administration- la latitude laissée à l'utilisateur d'accepter ou non des mails retenues par la solution (publicité par exemple). Vous vous connectez avec votre compte et c'est terminé, vous accédez à l'interface, activer ou non les différentes fonctionnalités et on y touche plus. De plus, c'est transparent pour les utilisateurs, ce qui est un réel plus !
