Pros

Interface simplet et intuitive mais trop simple en fait car finalement peu d'actions possibles dans le back office, le produit travaille "seul" mais est-ce bien rassurant...cf ci-dessous.

Cons

Le produit supervise tous les mails du tenant M365, impossible de ne traiter que quelques comptes d'un tenant (les plus sensibles). A savoir car cela chiffre vite pour un établissement scolaire par exemple. On peut l'accepter sauf quand la boite mail générique historique reçoit une alerte à la bombe explicite. L'IA de du produit a préféré n'y voir que la demande de rançon en bloquant purement et simplement le message. Seule solution préconisée : la remédiation prévue par le logiciel donc entrainer l'IA à ignorer les demandes de rançon... Le service commercial bien qu'ayant reconnu le problème et étant incapable de garantir que cela ne se reproduirait plus n'a pas donné suite à notre demande de sortie par le haut de cette crise.

Au CH George Sand, nous utilisons la solution Vade Cloud de puis plus de 5 ans, pour son efficacité constatée et avérée dans le filtrage de mails indésirables: spam, phishing, publicité.La solution s'adapte aux besoins de l'utilisateur: il y a ceux qui souhaitent que ce soit simple et transparent, et ceux qui consultent tous les jours leur rapport de filtrage. Les deux profiles sont satisfaits.

Pros

Les fonctionnalités les plus appréciées sont les suivantes:- la possibilité d'externalisation de la solution (on premise)- la facilité d'administration- la latitude laissée à l'utilisateur d'accepter ou non des mails retenues par la solution (publicité par exemple). L'ampleur de cette latitude est paramétrable.- la possibilité d’étendre ou de réduire les licences nécessaires en mode à la volée.

Cons

Les rapports et les statistiques sont perfectibles.

Comparé à des solutions concurrentes que nous avons mises auparavant, il y a une grosse différence de taille ! Le coût qui, comparé aux autres solutions, est moins cher et qui plus est avec une protection performante et une transparence totale pour les utilisateurs.

Pros

Le produit est très simple d'utilisation avec Microsoft 365. Vous vous connectez avec votre compte et c'est terminé, vous accédez à l'interface, activer ou non les différentes fonctionnalités et on y touche plus. De plus, c'est transparent pour les utilisateurs, ce qui est un réel plus !

Cons

Je n'ai pas trouvé d'inconvénients à cette solution ou peut-être les "addons / options" qui ne sont pas incluses dans la solution de base.
