In addition, we are now able to send our production plans directly to the production departments via the SAP Systems. No more Excel sheets are needed on paper. Pros I like the graphical representation of different mistakes. A great advantage are the technical posibilities for scheduling the process orders. Cons The processing times of the data take too long. In our version it is not yet possible to undo individuel steps. ORSOFT has solved these issues for us and we have introduced a tool with MWB that considerably simplifies and accelerates the planning for us. Pros the very simple intuitive operation in contrast to the SAP standard. Master data and transaction data can be checked very easily and the dispatcher can easily be provided with all the data required for work. Functionalities such as the material cascades are very useful for the operative work and facilitate the work very much. Support during projects is very good, the short reaction time for important issues does help to keep the business running. A great benefit is the dynamic ATP check and the Gantt chart set up. Cons For some changes cost intensive. The start takes sometimes very long, because the master data are maintained in external system (SAP). Interaction with SAP in terms of master and operational data, no special data inside ORSOFT required. Next interaction with SAP in terms of changes to SAP objects very user friendly. Cons Constraints due to usage of an older version of ORSOFT MWB which are solved on current version.
