Pros DataValidation's ease of use, price, and well designed interface is what has kept us with them for so long. Cons Definitely the amount of time it takes to process and then verify the list. It can take as long as 30 minutes to verify a medium sized list. December 28, 2018 5.0 Pros As an email marketer, you have to make sure that the recipients you plan to send to are real, legitimate, healthy email addresses. With email regulations across the globe getting stricter and stricter, keeping on top of your list hygiene is imperative. DataValidation allows us to score our email lists and easily identify which ones are deliverable, and which ones could potentially harm our sender reputation. It's an extra fail-safe to help marketers sleep at night :) Cons The interface itself can probably use a facelift, but it's user-friendly enough that it doesn't bother me very much. You need to establish a call with support. Really, to pay you need to write to support and then they need to call you. First, they said, that it is because of unsuccessful payment, but then agree that it sent to me by error. Worst SaaS experience ever. Pros Emailing list hygiene is important to prevent the hard bounces as it can impact the sender reputation. For this cleaning the email list plays an important role. The best thing is you can upload the entire emailing list in a go for the validation and the tool will return the statistics like percentage of deliverable emails, accept all, undeliverable emails and a budget for downloading the validated list having the detailed information about each email address Cons It does not give the results immediately. Pros Cleaning the mailing list to prevent hard bounces is an important part of email marketing. Datavalidation provides an alternative to do an initial cleaning of a mailing list. One of the advantages is that you can upload your mailing list to the system without paying anything. After they do the validation they will give you a percentage of good emails from your list and a budget to be able to download the detailed information of each address. June 21, 2018 4.0 If you don't need to use a email marketing software like Omevo, then I would recommend you to use DataValidation to ensure you have an active and clean mailing list to maintain a high IP reputation. Pros I am fond of the speed of the data validation process. I also like the UI, very clean and easy to use. Cons It's not cheap to say the least, and I don't like the fact that I was paying for their services till I discovered another website that offered this service free of charge (since I am a paying customer with the other software).
