I am using Alignbooks since ladt 3 years. I works fine however whenever there is an issue it takes lot of time to get resolved. Currently my Database is crashed, i logged ticket more than a week ago, and it is still pending to resolve. Not sure how big & professional support team you have but whenever there is a bit techy issue your support team raises thier hand earliest possible. So far it is good because I have adopted myself with this software. Best part is I can create a separate login credentials for my auditor and he can view it temporarily all my transactions and post the amendments, if necessary, instantly.
