So far it is good because I have adopted myself with this software. Best part is I can create a separate login credentials for my auditor and he can view it temporarily all my transactions and post the amendments, if necessary, instantly. Pros Inventory Management, Expense Tracking, GST Invoice generation and payment tracking, general leger Cons UI needs a lot of improvement, and the software is a little bit complicated for a novice. Pros NOTHING.starting from sales , customer care & problem solving they are worst, they dont have a dedicated customer support with whom v can talk directly, we need to raise a ticket then they would call after 2-3 hrs Cons no proper customer care, we need to explain every time the same issue for each and every one who calls , But they don't solve the issues. Director Business Supplies and Equipment Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "align books by far is the worst softare i have come accross" April 19, 2021 2.0 i had very bad experience with align books the team is good they call back but they dont have the solution and then they dont call. older s Pros Eway bill generation is one of the best features i liked that but it came with many errors Cons navigation is the worst in this software, preview of any document is like saving it. it is very difficult. you will have to rename every invoice, estimate or any document yourself as ht doesn't come with proper name as per the document. your cannot check all the invoices and filter it as per dates you have to select the available options. the stamp and sign fecility is not reliable as some times it is on the document and most of the times it is not. Owner Retail Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Good features/value, POOR Customer Support" May 13, 2023 2.0 This is Kapil from Vista Enterprises. I am using Alignbooks since ladt 3 years. I works fine however whenever there is an issue it takes lot of time to get resolved. Currently my Database is crashed, i logged ticket more than a week ago, and it is still pending to resolve. Not sure how big & professional support team you have but whenever there is a bit techy issue your support team raises thier hand earliest possible. SUGGESTING YOU GUYS TO HAVE A GOOD & PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT TEAM FOR SOFTWARE FUTURE. TEAM CURRENTLY DON'T REALIZE URGENCY THAT IF IT DOES NOT WORK OR MALFUNCTUIN WHAT PROBLEM WE FACE.
