So far it is good because I have adopted myself with this software. Best part is I can create a separate login credentials for my auditor and he can view it temporarily all my transactions and post the amendments, if necessary, instantly. Pros Inventory Management, Expense Tracking, GST Invoice generation and payment tracking, general leger Cons UI needs a lot of improvement, and the software is a little bit complicated for a novice. They can be generated and uploaded to the GST portal directly through AlignBooks, making the process quick and convenient.” Cons The backup and data recovery options could be more flexible and user-friendly. I check the backup auto download but there is no option to take backup manually and don't know that how to restore it . The facility to merge wrongly created master is very useful in the software and I like that option very much. Cons The disruption occurred in the month of June this year was terrible and there was no proper backup system in place. Communication on such incidents with the clients were very much delayed. Director Business Supplies and Equipment Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "align books by far is the worst softare i have come accross" April 19, 2021 2.0 i had very bad experience with align books the team is good they call back but they dont have the solution and then they dont call. older s Pros Eway bill generation is one of the best features i liked that but it came with many errors Cons navigation is the worst in this software, preview of any document is like saving it. it is very difficult. you will have to rename every invoice, estimate or any document yourself as ht doesn't come with proper name as per the document. your cannot check all the invoices and filter it as per dates you have to select the available options. the stamp and sign fecility is not reliable as some times it is on the document and most of the times it is not. I works fine however whenever there is an issue it takes lot of time to get resolved. Currently my Database is crashed, i logged ticket more than a week ago, and it is still pending to resolve. Not sure how big & professional support team you have but whenever there is a bit techy issue your support team raises thier hand earliest possible.
