It has limited space, but not all companies work with tons of files. If your company is not focused on something specific but want a little bit of everything, I would recommend it. Pros It has many features: good encryption, versatile backup, backup for AWS and Google Cloud, etc. Cons It doesn't have much storage size, large companies probably will have issues with that. Cons My only complaint is when you talk to support they respond as jungle mike or jungle jane, this to some comes off as unprofessional. Allows the use of network Drive letters which is easy to show users where the files are. Price is great. Cons Admin console is pretty much useless. Not much you can do from there. We do not use this for backup because backup vaults sit there for ever using space and there is no way of finding old backup from the admin console. most issues need to be dealt with at a workstation level as opposed to having a full feature management console. Permissions are rather simple, you either have permission or you do not for a whole drive, there are no permissions inside on the folder structure. If something is accidentally deleted you can recover it from their servers. Customer service is great and it facilitates file management with ease. Love how it integrates with Windows file managements and appears as disk drives instead of being its own interface. Cons None whatsoever. Very rarely there may be temporary issues with accessing but these are very far in between. It's just like having another folder on your computer and it doesn't seem to slow my computer down too much. Cons The running background app experiences a lot of errors so it makes the icon jump in the bottom bar all of the time. It always says there's an error with copying something even on documents I don't open, and it's mildly annoying.
