Pros: The ease of use! We were able to communicate with each other efficiently and never had any issues with freezing.
Cons: The cost :(. As a non-profit the value was not there unfortunately. It would be nice if an alternative was offered for limited users.
Overall: Communication was much better and efficient. It allowed us to have more productive conversations.

Please, note that the Team plan (for team members communication and collaboration) is absolutely free of charge. We just charge for the Chat & Inbox plans.

Pros: They provide support in our language (Spanish) and even helped us pasting the button code on our website. The platform is simple to use and multichannel so we can easily chat with customers from our website, email and Facebook Messenger. The Team Chat section also allows to work in collaboration with members of other departments in order to resolve customer issues.
Cons: The price is based on agent which might scale if you need to add several agents. We would like to have a way of adding 1 or 2 agents for a short period of time when there are traffic peaks.
Overall: We resolve customer issues more effectively and super easy working in collaboration with all team members and providing support from multiple channels.
