Interface easy to navigate, downloadable reports are useful.
I like the easy cataloging and listing to multiple sales channels in just one click.
Cons
Pickup date is defaulted as tomorrow after RTS, which is a bad nono as user should be able to select the date for carrier to come (eg. Fri RTS, Pickup on Mon instead of Sat).
Neutral, but the standard answers given by CS is very annoying and has to escalate to key account manager to resolve that.

"Just one click for integration and intuitive UI"
Overall: coutless SKU ? mutiple warehouses? selling via every ecommerce channel? then Anchanto OMS is the answer.
Pros: Accuracy is the basic for OMS but it's not easy to reach. Anchanto OMS is the most accurate order mangement solution that I have ever used and also as it's intuitive UI, so easy to be accustomed and use after 5min training.
Cons: If it can provide more opened environment for integration with external solution, ther will be no more requirments.

Overall: Overall I'm happy with Anchanto OMS. It lessened our workflow regarding managing online listings per sales channel.
Pros: I like the easy cataloging and listing to multiple sales channels in just one click!

Fri RTS, Pickup on Mon instead of Sat). - Super laggy during marketplace peak days, there's no way you can export new order report or do RTS in peak times due to laggy loading

Cons: Super slow (they have not invested in bandwidth for the software), really useless support team who get nothing resolved on time. Server jams during peak sale period. All support team is based in India and no one takes responsibility for the query, it just keeps passing around from one person to another
