"Backup "

**Pros:** Panel helps in keeping data by setting backup on cloud and easy to restore

**Cons:** Sometimes system update take long time and only recent data can be restored

"I recommend to most clients, providing they are an end user"

**Pros:** Very easy to use, stable and secure, data portability / backups very good to work with

**Cons:** Nothing I don't like about the software, but there was some controversy around the price updates a few years ago after cPanel was bought out buy a large VC firm that put me off being a total advocate. Very good software however.

**Reasons for Switching to cPanel & WHM:** Old panel was an in-house, clunky one with no account portability
