Pros: This software does a nice job of batch-spooling and printer management over mid-volume print jobs for production document creation jobs.

Cons: It has no tracking or billing options if you have to run multiple print jobs that you may have to bill your customers for. It also has no 'follow-me-print' ability that has become so popular with larger companies of late.

Overall: Easy print management for low to mid-scale print jobs, nice print distribution and balancing features.

Thanks for the review, however we think you have added this to the wrong product. We think you meant this for an HP product that is used to manage printing within an office environment. Our system ePrint MIS is a management information system for printers, print brokers and sign and display companies to use to manage their whole workflow from estimate or order through to invoicing.

Our product has a similar name to the HP product which may have led to this.

Pros: It addresses all my requirements without having to spend a fortune on complicated and unnecessary features. The sales and support staff have an amazing ability to actually understand my business, listen to my needs and patiently show me how the software can best meet these requirements.

Cons: As new software there is no immediate result, we needed to implement in stages which in hind sight has proven to be a huge benefit and has made the changes more pleasant and manageable for both staff and customers.
