Pros: I used PTC Integrity for work. We use it for a database for test results. Documentation is made easy.

Cons: It is a little hard to have customized to specific liking.

Comments: I used PTC Windchill Quality Solutions to compute reliability predictions, FMEA and Fault Tree Analysis. A powerful tool which any reliability engineer should use.
