Pros The level of depth and detail you could go into for the contract was superb, the same with approval and collaboration. Cons It wasn't particularly intuitive and the onboarding was longer than expected. There wasn't a huge deal of (advertised) integration with over systems either. Once we started utilizing standardized data fields and connected our CRM for automated sales contract handling, we reduced the complexity of our daily processes and decreased margins of error drastically. Pros The simplicity of getting my contracts executed and organized. The platform is sufficiently capable yet easy to use to handle both simple and more complex processes and offers good collaboration features. Cons It could benefit from more differentiated user roles, limiting certain users from building automation workflows for example. As an admin, I find that the default functionality for regular users gives access to unneeded functionality.
