Pros: I have used this service for a number of years and within the last couple they have got their act together. The customer support is great , they follow through with answers and call upon completion. They are always adding new features, especially state and more so this year addressing corporate issues. The price is right and overall totally acceptable. Suggestion for next year is to add a Three Year Comparison Report .

Cons: I have not found a Con with the program.

Overall: We need a report for a Three Year Comparison so that clients see trends to evaluate their situation.

Inadequate software, slow support, and total disregard of written request for a refund.

Pros: I had decided to search a new tax software. The sales representative's response time and sales pitch were awesome. They were running a special! Therefore the software was relatively easy to purchase and my account was quickly debited. The support personnel assigned to me was just as eager to offer assistance during the initial download of the software. However, after a recurring problem I was provided a phone number to contact Technical Support for assistance. I never submitted a return and the software was easy to uninstall. After one week I called and requested a refund. I was advised to follow the website procedure and sent a letter requesting the refund. It's been five months and there is no refund but Nexus knows I still exist because I recently began receiving calls to renew.

Cons: The software was difficult to install and difficult to navigate. It's been five months since I followed the procedure for requesting a refund to no avail. Therefore, it's obviously also difficult to receive a refund. They may have resolved previous technical issues but I would not recommend using this software.
