Overall: We would have no hesitation in recommending FeedArmy. We've worked with a number of external online advertising agencies over the years with varying degrees of success. However, from day one working with Emmanuelle and FeedArmy has been a joy. While the software itself is really useful and intuitive to use, it is the quality of support and depth of knowledge of shopping campaigns that has really impressed us and provided us with significant and ongoing performance improvements across all our campaigns.
Pros: Until we had Feedarmy making changes to our data feed was time consuming and costly as we had to get our web developers involved each time. Feedarmy takes our basic xml data feed and allows us to enrich the data, make corrections, temporarily remove products, etc. Creating a new optimised and compliant data feed ready to push into Google Merchant Center.
Cons: Nothing, we haven't had any issues with it in the 20 months we've been using it.

Pros: The fact that we can do manual or automated feed corrections has saved us. Most places don't let you do this, and the price was lower than any other software I was able to find.
Cons: The app is in constant development, so some features weren't there when we first started but this has been fixed now.
