Overall good. Easy to work with. Learning curve was not bad.

Pros

My title says it all. A+ Support is easy to contact. Compatibility with hardware is good. Email and phone support is on point. Quick answers usually few minutes.

Cons

Although support is easy actual communication between support and user is difficult. Understanding your issues. We did just switch and are learning this new system.

Pros

They manage everything. Im already busy so when I have phone issues I can contact them and they handle it.

Cons

I cannot think of anything negative to say about Momentum.

### "We question their longevity given their sales practices."

Now that we have experienced their sales process, we would not work with this company if they provided the service for free. We need a solution provider that is stable and trustworthy. We would be concerned about their longevity given the experience we have had.

Pros

The "sales" representative didn't waste any time listening to what we wanted to accomplish and went straight to dismissing us because he wanted to sell us something we didn't need.

Cons

They advertised the solution (direct routing and SIP trunks) we needed but they weren't willing to provide that solution. They only wanted to sell us a fully managed solution that we don't need or want.

Pros

I LOVE that Momentum helps me LASER FOCUS on things I need to get done. I felt that I was a cub distracted by everything before, but Momentum helped me increase my superpower: My Tiger Focus. One of the things I love the most about Momentum is that the moment I joined I felt like I was part of the team --- a part of a community entirely focused on the success of each individual and the success of the group as a collective. 🌐

Cons

There's nothing I dislike about Momentum. I'm personally kicking myself in the but for not using Momentum as much. I would've been farther than I'd be if I had continually practiced my focusing skills.

kind of does what it does without us worrying about it. So, there is little to no down time and no disruption to our daily business

Cons

nothing comes to mind. If there must be some least liked aspect of any service like this, I suppose that it would be the cost.

We are generally very pleased with our Momentum service. We came to them via an acquisition and despite a slightly rocky migration the service since going live has been outstanding.

Pros

Momentum has been pretty consistent in terms of uptime, providing reliable service for our business. The admin portal is easier to navigate and manage than our old Broadsoft system making most minor changes a breeze.

Cons

The few times we've encountered higher level issues it's taken some work to get the correct support engineer on our case to get things resolved.

Our new account manager is super helpful, and service is stable.

Cons

Renewal process was not pleasant. Prior account managers unwilling to work with our current needs. At the time, were upgrading from a 10MB line to Fiber

I've had a good experience Overall with Momentum. All services have issues on occasion, but Momentum is responsive and good at communicating with updates when there are issues. Their user portal call recording services are great to work with.

Pros

Problems are uncommon, but support is responsive and available any time I have an issue. The self-service portal and call recording services are both great.

Cons

We sometimes have issues with voice quality and packet loss, but I'm not certain this is because of something momentum is responsible for.

Pros

I like the fact that I can access my "desk phone" from anywhere as long as I'm in WiFi

Cons

If I am in areas where WiFi is weak, then call connections do not happen on both ends of the call. Meaning, I can answer the ringing app, however, the person on the other end does not hear me.

this is really Momentum, but it is difficult to require employees t use the work phone application on their cell phone as many prefer to just call via cell.

Absolutely great! Everyone in our office has been VERY pleased with the G-12 phone system!

Pros

The flexibility of the call routing feature to adapt to the ever-changing variables of our office.

Cons

Wish there was an easier way to connect a long-range wireless headset to the system. We experimented with a few and did not have the best luck. Wish G-12 offered these devices with the corresponding support.

Love working with the G12 team!

Pros

While the G12 system supports our needs, the main reason we stay with them is their customer service team. They respond quickly, stick with the issue until it is resolved and are excellent when there is an emergency and I need a quick response.

Cons

I would prefer that the extension be tied to the physical location as opposed to the phone console but it is not a huge hinderance.

Managing our incoming phone traffic. Giving customers pertinent information with our customized greeting strategy and therefore reducing the number of calls that actually ring in the business to mostly ones that we feel would be beneficial managing live 1 on 1

Pros

They do a nice job especially for us as a small business where I don't have a team member that is dedicated to our phone systems. Seem very flexible on setting up your phone tree and greetings however you need them, and make changes quickly when needed

Cons

Adding Temp greetings on our own seems a little complicated, but as long as TAT to have G12 customer service do it stays fast its not a huge issue.

It works- smoothly and mostly glitch-free. We have only had one major issue, and it was resolved within a day.

Cons

The major issue we had was when the system decided to, without any warning, shuffle which phones were linked to what number. It was very strange there, and everyone was panicking a bit.

Pros

G12 is a provider that offers all the features I need to run my business without charging for every little thing. This is huge for us in allowing the flexibility to expand our phone system to try new things. Their support is also very good every time I call they answer right away and are able to resolve my issue on the first touch.

Cons

The ability to add our own users would be preferred but I understand the reason for protecting the customer.

there were some glitches in the beginning that made the mobility of the product not usable for our company but we were able to use it as a stationary product.
