This product is full of bugs and poor quality features. For example, my microphone, which is the latest Rode and I use for perfect quality on my podcast, kept dropping for no reason whatsoever. I frantically kept trying to reconnect while keeping the webinar going with all the attendees wondering what was going on! I decided to try and leave the webinar and re-join only to find I had ended the session completely and cut everybody off. There was no way to rejoin so the webinar was then dead. This was for new prospective customers so I spent the rest of the day trying to call everyone and apologise to them, completely embarrassing and a waste of time and effort. The video is supposed to be high definition but seems blurry and pixelated, doesn't work properly with Safari browser, and just seems complicated to use. I also have the latest Mac Studio M2 fully spec'd up. As it was too late to change, I tried again today on another webinar and had exactly the same issues with one user saying in the comments (that everyone could read) 'this is very unprofessional'. It was totally stressful and the last thing you need. I am actively looking for a reliable product and will most likely use Zoom since I use it for online meetings and it works well.

Pros

Nice features which allowed ease of moderation during the webinars.

Cons

The video quality was absolutely bad and there was never solution even though we tried multiple times to solve this with the Demio team. We gave multiple chances in those 2 years of using it to fix the quality but there was never a solution.

Pros

It is very reliable, high quality and easy to use. You can upload all the event materials handouts before the webinar. And delegates can download them. The chat box is useful for attendee interaction too.The after event report is useful.

Cons

Nothing really. Just that it is not as famous as Zoom or Teams. When we first told our delegates and speakers we were using Demio, they were kind of suspicious of the tool was good or reliable enough, and they thought we were trying to save money (in a way it was at first). So it was a bit embarrassing but once they use it, they are all satisfied.

I've not had any problems with Demio in my almost one year of using the product. The team there seems to always be putting out new updates and pushing new features.

Pros

The ability to get off the ground running quickly with Demio is part of what makes this one of the better webinar software on the market. Without much setup time at all, admins can have a professional-looking webinar setup and ready to accept registrations. I also use the Mailchimp integration, and while I think it could be better optimized, it is still useful for automatically adding registrants to your mailing lists.

Cons

Having to pay for the ability to add more than 1 host greatly prohibits smaller marketing teams without a large budget. The ability to switch between brands for 1 price would be preferred.

I can say that my overall experience with the platform has been excellent. The platform's user-friendly interface and wide range of features have made it easy for me to host engaging and interactive webinars. I appreciate the ability to customize my webinars with the platform's customization options, including the ability to add my own background images. The platform's social media integration has also made it easy for me to reach a wider audience and promote my webinars.

Pros

As a frequent webinar host, I've been searching for the perfect platform to streamline my events. That's when I stumbled upon Demio. It has truly been a game-changer for me! The platform offers a plethora of features that make conducting webinars effortless. I can easily create engaging and interactive sessions that have helped me reach a wider audience. I've been blown away by how Demio has transformed my virtual event process, making it more streamlined and effective.

Cons

The platform's chat feature can become cluttered and difficult to navigate during events with a high number of attendees.

Overall, without dealing with customer service, the platform was nice to work with. They wound up lowering their plans, which was nice, but still with the blatent disregard to help people access the data and providing excuses as to why they cant to force you into an account is appaulling.

Pros

What I DID like about the software is that it did help us save a ton of time on demos.

Cons

We wound up canceling because of cost. However, good customer service is something to be desired. We canceled and needed access to our data. Our account was canceled 1 day prior to us asking them for our data and they blatantly said no, and that we essentially had to pay a full month to even get our data.
