They are patient, knowledgeable, helpful, go the extra mile are humorous too, which really helps lighten a situation. They were there for me within minutes each time I reached out and even came back to check in with how I was doing. Hany in particular was amazing(!! Pros Customer support is extremely helpful. They are a problem solver and very fast to return to you. We did several webinars in different languages and I highly recommend. Cons Nothing to say. July 13, 2019 5.0 The main reason I tried Demio was because we needed a platform to do online trainings that included videos. GoToWebinar charges an insane amount for the video feature, whereas Demio’s price is extremely reasonable. Pros Demio is super easy to set up and host webinars. I love that you can upload videos to your webinars with the basic package, unlike with GoToWebinar which charges 5 times as much for a package that will let you upload video. Every webinar gets recorded and a repay link is made available after the session is over. Cons There really isn’t anything I don’t like about this software. It’s meeting our needs 100%. I also like that attention is given to details when customizing the event. Cons I had it for trial period so I didn't notice something that bothers me so far. We've received positive feedback from our clients and our presenters. Pros It was very easy to set up and run our first webinar which was very time sensitive. July 12, 2019 5.0 Pros I've been looking around for a webinar platform for over a year and have tried many different options. Demio is easy to set up, use, and attend webinars on. I love that it's browser-based and my students don't have to worry about installing everything. Plus, it looks great and the customer service is awesome!
