I appreciate the ability to customize my webinars with the platform's customization options, including the ability to add my own background images. Pros

As a frequent webinar host, I've been searching for the perfect platform to streamline my events. That's when I stumbled upon Demio. It has truly been a game-changer for me! The platform offers a plethora of features that make conducting webinars effortless. I can easily create engaging and interactive sessions that have helped me reach a wider audience. I've been blown away by how Demio has transformed my virtual event process, making it more streamlined and effective.

Cons

The platform's chat feature can become cluttered and difficult to navigate during events with a high number of attendees.

### "Dont use this - Zoom is much better - Even if you buy, sign up for monthly plan first"

I made a mistake of signing up to annual plan. By the time I had made up my mind to go back to zoom, their refund window got over. My request to give me a prorated refund for unused period got rejected. Money went waste & so was precious hours trying out this system. Hope these vendors have better & fair refund terms for people who trust them & sign up to their annual plans. Going back to zoom & not coming back here again.

Pros

Ease of use of the system. Very basic and simple features in basic plan.

Cons

Many key features are missing. There is some issue with the code. Two main problems were that the presentation's complete formatting used to get corrupted after loading it on Demio. Never happened with Zoom. Plus screenshare was not at all upto the level of what is offered in Zoom.

### "A delight to use and so simple for attendees!"

Demio was a key part of my recent product launch. It allowed me to focus on delivering my content without worrying about tech hiccups.

Pros

Demio is by far the easiest webinar platform I have used, both as a host and an attendee. Scheduling my events was very easy, and I really liked the smooth integration of the sign-up form into my Kajabi sales page. I also love how easy it is to setup everything before hand, including my slide deck and featured action. But the best part is how easy it is for attendees to use. They just click the button and they are in, no plugins, no software downloads, no hassles.

Cons

I'd like to be able to have more than 6 people 'on stage' at the same time so that I could use it for larger group coaching calls. But that's outside of my primary use of it for webinars.

We're using Demio for all our webinars and content recording for our digital products and programs. Whenever we get stuck, we just ask the amazing team on the helpdesk.

Pros

So simple and straight forward to use and highly user friendly. Easy click on or off functions when adding components to your webinars, such as emails or customising your registration pages.

Cons

Some more reporting and statistics could be developed for the affiliate section, but I know that this is already in the making.

### "Demio Rocks"

I have used Demio for about a year and have loved the tool. In the beginning it was a little buggy but the team was responsive each time I had a problem and got the issue resolved rather quickly. It was a fairly new tool when I started using it so it is understandable that it would have some bugs.

Pros

Demio is very easy to use. It does a great job of recording sessions and it is easy to download to Vimeo so that we can host it on our MemberMouse site.

Cons

I don't like that Webinar platforms like Demio don't have better functionality with regard to audience participation. I would like for my audience to be able to use their microphone to ask questions and make comments. This functionality doesn't exist on Demio or other Webinar platforms.

Great experience and great value for money.

Pros

It's so easy to understand and learn how to use it.

Cons

To get attendees to talk with each other and with the presenter you have to invite them to the stage and they have to accept. This gets a bit complicated at times. I'd prefer going back to having a mute and unmute function to be able to talk attendees during the Webinar.

Reason for choosing Demio

Demio is easier to use. Webinar Jam used to be simple to use but now it's got more features it's too confusing for what I need.

Demio has been a great addition to our toolkit throughout this pandemic and allowed us to offer automated and on demand sessions as well as in-person sessions. Using Demio has increased our mailing list. It's been a great solution for a socially anxious community as the tech is really each and they are confident they won't be on camera/audio.

Pros

Demio has been great. Love that you can easily create a landing page that looks great; send out automated reminders with a customised message; link with Mailchimp (should the person signing up approve that, which is probably 50/50); it's lovely that our socially anxious community cannot accidentally turn on their camera, as has happened via Zoom. Replays can be automatically sent out. A great feature is the ability to share handouts for download within the webinar chatbox. Love that Demio are regularly updating their product and sharing their roadmap.

Cons

On some video playbacks, the sound seems to have been glitchy. Some people have found it hard to access or hear at times, though I believe this seems to have resolved. Presenters cannot access via a mobile phone. It's more suited to using from a laptop. Would be nice to have the option to have everyone on screen - as we have had to go back to using Zoom for some calls because of this.

I switched from GoToWebinar to the easy to set up Demio. The software has a beautiful and intuitive design which I really love. Also, the support time is fast (and fun:)

Pros

Easy to use, reliable and fast support. And clean and beautiful design.

Cons

I can't think of any cons, it isn't the cheapest but definitely the best.

Demio has excellent features of studying the demography of the participants. It helps me in understanding the background of people interested in the topics of my webinars. I get notified if someone has missed the webinar. I can share the link to the next webinar and check with them if they would like to subscribe to my e-mail list.

Pros

The overall simple interface helps me to look into various tabs and browse through the tool. The branding feature for webinar landing pages is really effective.

Cons

The feature of uploading the power point presentation prior to the webinar is something that I don't quite get. Not sure if direct screen sharing works. If it works, I'm happy to use.

### "Best Online Webinar Platform"

I really like how easy and user friendly the platform is to use, not only for my staff but for our customers as well. Using this platform has helped streamline my process making administrative time much less. I'm leaving a review

Pros

I have used two other online webinar platforms before using Demio. The 1st one had such a limited functionality that it did not work for my business. The second one had 2 major crashes when I had over 150 people in my online class on 2 separate occasions. Demio is very reliable. All of the participants in my online classes report how easy it is to use. The data tools included are extremely helpful to my business. I am very fortunate to have this platform to help grow my business.

Cons

I have not experienced any problems at all yet. The customer service is excellent and the platform works flawlessly.

I made this switch because there are 2 separate occasions that the click meeting platform crashed. They are located somewhere in Europe and have no customer service available. ### "Tech support that is Actually - Support!!!! "

Pros

I am a new user and we had a bit of an error in our time zone. When I went to use tech support my expectations were low - as if you have ever conversed with tech support chat boxes its a bit like slamming your face into a wall. BUT Meritas was amazing. She clearly understood what I was asking and able to easily fix it for me. It was so painless and efficient. This alone would lead me to recommend this software.

Cons

Id love to have a registration page for webinar attendees that I manage in dashboard VS the link only Id also love to be able to run the schedule more flexibly - ie set it for monday, wed, friday without having to create individual events for each day

Webinar jam and everwebinar i had to download extra software to convert my video - ugh no thanks Demio i just recorded in Mp3 adn uploaded. Pls I love the monthly fee option VS everwebinar where its only a yearly fee

### "Great event management tools but terrible presentation quality"

I can not understand why their presentation quality is so terrible and how it is a thing for a webinar software! Our presenter have great internet, great computers and still their images are so pixelated and blurry!

I loved that Demio recorded my webinars. It was really easy to create a replay for the non attendees. And I appreciated a lot the possibility to show my face, or my slides, OR BOTH (!!), in just one click! So easy to use and pleasant when you want to create a more dynamic and spontaneous experience.

Pros

I had the most amazing experience ever. My webinars were easy to create, well-designed, and looked very professional. I appreciated the possibility to select the questions that popped up during the webinar and automatically move them into a specific area, so that I could easily find them at any time. Actually, my assistant did this work for me and we could chat together, and I could see her comments in a private area. Very useful to check if everything is working well without answering to my audience or checking my phone to get an answer... The customer service is the best I have ever known! They helped me figuring out how to upload my slides, answered ALL my questions in a very short time, and were really kind. I absolutely love Demio and the staff working for them! 100% worth my investment.

Cons

Everything was perfect. I don't have nothing wrong to say about it...

So far I am very pleased with the experience. I have had questions and was able to get responses back from the Demio team if not immediately, very quickly. In some cases, the responses added additional insight beyond my initial question pointing me to other aspects of the software that were helpful. I have recommended this product to other colleagues.

Pros

An aspect that was really intriguing about this software was the lack of attendees having to download anything to get on the webinar. So many platforms require downloads, logins, and other things that can make people just give up. With Demio, they just click and are able to get in quickly via their browser. The customizable registration and reminder system are really helpful to increase the attendee percentages and I love being able to get analytics across all aspects of an event. A feature of this product that had an unexpected impact on revenue generation was the ability to send a replay link out to all attendees. I had folks that didn't even attend the webinar watch the shared replay and engage.

Cons

The pricing model was a bit confusing to start but after a couple of answered questions, it made sense.

### "A great course-delivery platform!"

We needed a better way for our new volunteer pipeline (we are a multi-site church) to sign up for the pathway to serving and membership. They need to sign up for a video course that is easily consumed and tracked.

Pros

This is a great platform to host video content on-demand if you need some really good analytics about time watched on video, etc. It's easy to use and a great experience for the end user.

Cons

Haven't found anything I dislike about the platform. An area for improvement is to provide non-profit pricing.

Support department don't take our feedback serious. The only choice we have know, is leaving Demio because we can't do live-webinars with that poor quality of broadcasting.

Pros

The quality of sound is perfectly fine! The usuability on the forehand (preparation - presentation slides etc.) is going wel. Recorded webinars (on forehand) are doing well.

Cons

With live demo Demio produces 80 kb per sec. Which is poor and as direct influence on our performance of our webinar to customers. If we ask for support, Demio only blaims us for poor network. We are an softwarecompany and we have good network. We have checked everything and still Demio can help us, will not help us and put the finger back to us. Every time with a live webinar we have the same issues! They don't take responsibility.

Reason for choosing Demio

Because it could do recorded aswell live webinars and was usuability friendly. We discovered that Demio can't perform on live webinars - and Demio blaims us. While we know for sure (tested well - also during the live webinars) and it wasn't our Internet connection that was the reason.

Superb! Every single time I need tech support, it was friendly, professional and efficient!

Pros

Clean UI and totally easy to set up myself. I was up and running with my Webinars in minutes. I could beautifully brand my Webinars, set up the automation needed with my email system. All in minutes. I also like all the room features and how easy it was to set up!

Cons

This one is tough as I didn't really anything missing for me. I would have liked a customisable message in the waiting room for participants to read before start of the Webinar. I believe this was in the requested features line-up.

Reason for choosing Demio

Goto Webinar seemed much more complicated to set up!

Easy to use and dose what they promise (and more). Fast and friendly support when you have questions.

Pros

Easy to use. Can't emphasize this enough. Everything is so easy. Both for admin and end users.Stable. We have run over 100 webinars without problems.Good integrations with our other systems.Good value for moneyContinuous development with many new functionsGreat and fast support!

Cons

We are missing nothing right now.In the furure it would be nice to be able to have paid webinar (with a built in payment solutions.

Brilliant! If your undecided or swayed by other features or price brackets of competitors Demio is worth the extra money (although it is cheaper than some) and it has all the features you need to run an amazing webinar. 100% positive.

Pros

Easy to use. Confident that it will work. Easy to manage and set up integrations. Simple to edit and make changes to registration pages. Super fast and friendly support.

Cons

Competitors might have a couple of extra features but with Demio everything actually works! And I’m sure there bringing out updates all the time.

Parts of the WebinarNinja interface I found to be clunky and hard to use. Features didn’t work. Lots of issues after a recent upgrade making it unusable for me. Spent hours reporting issues. Needed software solution I could rely on.

### "Great way to scale up your company's reach"

We are using demio to reach all of our distributors and customers easily especially in the post-covid business world. This has been an extremely valuable tool in maintaining our presence and educating our sales channels.

Pros

Extremely easy to get set up and started. The ability to customize the registration page for your webinar attendees and the metrics available post-webinar make it simple to improve and tailor your future webinars to be even more impactful. Voice quality is much better than skype or MSTeams. We were able to host our most successful webinar our company has ever had in 16 years

Cons

Would be nice if you could send unique join links for a group of attendees - for example if we have distributors inviting their customers to our webinar it would be nice to have a unique join link for that distributor so we can see which attendees were invited by each distributor. Other pontial con is that Demio is strictly a webinar platform. Not to be used as a meeting space. Trying to host MS Teams style meetings is not practical. Still a great product
