Setting up was easier than any other software I've used - we were done in a few minutes. I'm from The Netherlands and I only have local clients, so it was very nice to be able to switch Demio to Dutch. This looks much more professional to our clients. Like live replays, the price is better than competitors and they give you WAY more value! Cons At first I had a hard time getting the sound to work... it was user error. Great reliability, worked every single time I used it. It easy of use. Company is keen on collecting user feedback and incorporating new features and user requirements in future releases. Might be missing some of the bells and whistles that bigger, more expensive companies offer, but the Demio team is open to suggestions and ideas to help the product better. It's inbuilt email autoresponder makes it sure the registrants are kept well informed. Pros Multifunctionality when going live including a private chat window along with a customized HD recording of the webinar being sent to missed registrants sent on Demio autoresponder mails. Cons The pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to it's main competition, but again the ease of using a chrome browser instead of a mobile app makes it easier for webinar attendees. Love the emojis and the overall modern feel of it. Most webinar platforms are clunky and terrible. I also love the backend because it's easy to find everything you're looking for. Cons I would say more in-depth integrations. I don't like having to use Zapier or having ugly buttons on my LeadPages in order to connect to Demio. It messes with the overall look of the page and I would have to hire an HTML person to come in and custom code. March 9, 2018 5.0 I am able to record informational presentations once, and offer a replay of them later. That is a very useful feature. I can also download the presentations and edit them to be used on various video platforms, or internally. Pros Besides the overall ease-of-use, the single greatest thing I love about Demio is that you can run it ANYWHERE. It is browser based on the desktop, and has mobile apps for Android and iOS.
