It´s made our logistic and scheduling really easy! Pros I really like the look and feel of it all. Its really user-friendly and our teachers and employees love it! Cons There are other free options, but we need large seating rooms. Maybe that the growth plan only goes to 150, it should have more seat space. A final point, the data you can down load of audience activity is very very useful. Pros Pushing online meeting software to run webinars is unfair to the audience. You just can't manage a professional show with features that are standard with Demio. The whole Demio package is ideal. It makes you think, during room setup, on how to engage with the audience through polls and actions. Running the show you focus on "now" because all the room resources are a click away. It is very smart. Cons There are some things I'd like to do which are not in the offering. With Demio you just drop those to support or there ideas section. Pros I did my first launch with four webinars and it went without a single tech issue or glitch. Everyone was able to get on. It ran great. No one had to download anything to join in. Cons I want to be able to hold meetings where everyone can see each other. Pros Easy onboarding and so easy to set up and launch automated webinars! I've always hired companies to do this for my marketing teams but I couldn't believe how easy they've made it. Landing page set up is super simple and visually appealing and the customer service has been great! Cons That you have to recreate an event to change a start date or something similar. If your company isn't utilizing this service, I'd highly recommend it. It's given us the opportunity to essentially double our sales and marketing initiatives because we can offer this service during times we're unavailable. Cons I wish there were a few more notification options, but I'm sure this is something that will develop with the software. Definitely not anything that would prevent us from using it! Pros Things just work in Demio, those guys do a good job with design and quality control and I have never experienced a glitch in the system. And recently they just came out with a new host experience that makes it even better. Cons Nothing considerable to mention. If I had to, I would say the cost. The materials was easy to upload. The invitation set up looks great for my attendees. Cons I could not show my slides the first time because the setting on my computer wasn't activated. My clients find that it is easier to use than other platforms on the market. I had a billing question on a Saturday and it was resolved within 2 hours. Pros Demio was perfect for our webinar we hosted in December. I will definitely be using it again in the future. Navigating through the system was super easy, and set up was a breeze. Cons The only thing that was kind of annoying about Demio was that you can't upload PPT to the platform, only PDF. This is the first in-person interaction my prospects have with me. I don't want any hiccups, and with Demio, I don't get any. Pros Two things sold it for me. Firstly, Demio's embed feature allows me to put the sign up form on my website with the exact sales copy, layout and branding that I want. I've spent a lot of money getting my prospects to this point. I definitely want to own this step of the process. Secondly, Demio's email integration automatically segments registrants, attendees and no shows on to separate lists, giving me greater flexibility in my campaign.
