Pros

This software is very easy to learn and work with, very intuitive. The document management workflows could be configured 'on the flight'. I have had experience implementing solutions from other vendors and Elise ECM is way much simpler for the user and more efficient.

Cons

Some of the manuals need to be translated from French.

We have been deploying Elise for 5 years to our customers (governments, banks, insurance companies and various industries). Thanks to Elise, we have always been able to respond to all issues related to the processing of documents and their content : digitalization of the mailroom, business processes, customer or citizen relationship. We also use Elise internally, for example, to process customer orders, supplier invoices, tickets from our hotline, after-sales service requests and delivery slips.

Pros

Elise offers great functional coverage and great flexibility of configuration. Multi-channel flows are captured and follow predefined workflows. Workflows are not frozen and can be changed at any time by users. Elise manages the direction of documents : incoming, outgoing, internal. Elise integrates a library of document templates and a contact database to automate document production. Thanks to the electronic signature, the complete mail management process can be dematerialized.

Cons

The new Elise 6 version is even more ergonomic and intuitive so I don't have to notice anything. Maybe just find more features on the Elise Mobile application compared to the web version

Very good experience ---very user friendly and very cost effective.

Pros

This solution comes with a rich set of functions supporting forms, metadata, records management and indexing of all file types. They offer another solution supporting constituent (citizens) information and reporting. all of this is delivered in a SaaS environment making it very user friendly and VERY Cost effective.

Cons

Lack of redaction tools for PII and file viewers for different file types.

The Elise product and company support are exceptional. Our SLS team has worked with many industry leaders throughout the Government sector and no one is more customer centric than the Neoledge team.

Pros

Elise has allowed our SLS team to create enterprise solutions that empower small governments. With Elise, small governments can easily extend services to the community that increase transparency and improve efficiency. Just as impressive is our ability to deliver robust solutions in a very short amount of time.

Cons

I do not have any concerns about the Elise product line.

This is a very solid software and solution with a great track record

Pros

I like the easy of use and the flexibility of the dashboards. Having the ability to do all my work from one screen has allowed me to become more productive with less distractions. I used to work with 4-5 different apps and now I can integrate them all on one dashboard screen. Utilizing electronic forms and 3rd party integration is very easy and the support has been great. It's very feature rich but not confusing to work with.

Cons

I have no cons about this product. The more I use it the more I learn that it can do way more than I expected
