Globalement, j’ai eu une bonne expérience avec Hamilton Visiteur. C’est un outil pratique, utile au quotidien et qui simplifie vraiment la gestion des visiteurs, même si quelques améliorations seraient les bienvenues pour le rendre plus flexible.

Pros

Ce que j’apprécie le plus avec Hamilton Visiteur, c’est la simplicité pour enregistrer les visiteurs. L’accueil est plus fluide, les badges se génèrent automatiquement, et on garde facilement une trace des entrées. L’outil fait gagner du temps à l’équipe d’accueil et améliore la sécurité sans compliquer les choses.

Cons

L’interface pourrait être un peu plus moderne, et certaines options de personnalisation sont limitées. De plus, l’intégration avec d’autres outils demande parfois quelques réglages techniques.

Le déploiement de Hamilton Meeting a permis d’améliorer la gestion des visiteurs et la réservation des salles via Outlook et tablettes, tout en intégrant des processus métiers précis et des ajustements techniques liés au contrôle d’accès. Malgré quelques limites fonctionnelles, l'outil est simple d’usage et permet une grande autonomie.

Pros

La visibilité du planning des salles, le lien avec des tablettes d'affichage et outlook, la personnalisation, la gestion des validations

Cons

Quelques bugs avec l'API Graph de Microsoft, des ajustements sont en cours pour automatiser les sorties et améliorer la synchronisation avec les systèmes.

Avec Hamilton Meeting, nous avons amélioré la gestion des réservations de salles en la rendant plus conviviale, surtout pour les équipes IT, tout en limitant les réunions non-productives ( dites Fantôme)

Pros

Nous avons apprécié l'écoute et la réactivité, en particulier concernant notre demande d'utiliser une tablette spécifique qui ne figurait pas dans leur catalogue. Ils ont pris l'initiative de contacter le fournisseur pour obtenir une tablette en prêt, ont vérifié la compatibilité de leurs applications, et ont pu finalement l'inclure dans leur offre. C'est cette capacité d'adaptation qui nous a poussés à choisir Hamilton. ainsi que la relation commercial et support technique , trés réactifs.

Cons

À l'heure actuelle, il n'y a rien de spécifique à signaler. Chaque société possède ses propres caractéristiques, et toutes les situations et problématiques ne peuvent pas être définies précisément. Hamilton est à l'écoute des besoins de ses clients et réagit rapidement.

La couverture très complète de l'ensemble de nos problématiques métier en matière de service aux résidents et de gestion de site, que ce soit pour l'enregistrement des visiteurs internes et externes, la réservation des salles, les tickets d'incidents... ou même la gestion de la notre base résidents

Une interface UX mobile encore perfectible et une architecture technique relativement complexe du fait de l'historique des différents modules déployés
