Unfortunately a bad experience as I like the product

Pros

I really liked the flow of the program - it is very basic but useful and did what I wanted it to do

Cons

The customer service was absolutely terrible. They were not at all interested in helping me understand or buy the software and it felt like a massive inconvenience to them for me to ask questions or find out more information. There are no demo's available of the software and the videos/help is difficult to navigate. The staff don't really understand their product and could not help me try and see how it would work for me. For that reason I would NOT recommend this product to anyone

Extremely frustrating trying to enter simple details for new project and app does not save data.
