Un véritable logiciel facilitateur de management avec une forte popularité auprès de l'ensemble des collaborateurs.Parmi les points forts :- Une vue unique pour l'utilisateur qui centralise enfin l'ensemble des actions peu importe sa provenance (réunions, non-conformité d'audit,...) qui permet une forte réactivité.- Un fil de discussion simple sur chacune des actions qui permet de retrouver toutes les informations tout en y intégrant des images qui permet une communication fluide et efficace.- Une gestion des audits même hors ligne.- Un système d'escalade entre les réunions qui permet de traiter un même sujet à travers plusieurs instances.

Cons

Des fonctionnalités manquantes qui seront disponible dans la prochaine version de Tervene :- Intégration des dashboards pour la gestion des KPI- Gestion de projet plus complexe (Gantt, ...)- Gestion du planning d'audit- Synchronisation et Intégration environnement O365 pour intégrer facilement des départements R&D

Les audits, gembas et formulaires dans un même outils permet la gestion facile et rapide des plans d'actions qui en sont issus.

Cons

Parfois quelques lenteurs (surtout version appli). Le prix reste élevé. Des modules sont développés mais il nous manque de l’accompagnement pour les utiliser au mieux.

Tervene has given our mill a tool that captures a lot of issues and action items that in the past were either forgotten or not acted upon in a timely manner. Audits and Gemba Walks are providing valuable information that allow mill leadership to better support operations and improve overall stability and performance.

Pros

Tervene is a great all in one commmunication tool that can help anyone whether a plant manager or operator effectively communicate and follow the operation. The built-in accountability mechanisms make follow-ups easy, meetings more effective and operations planning more accurate and effective.

Cons

General lack of auto-populating features make for a lot of repetition that can be time consuming and of little value.
