Mi experiencia general con E-goi ha sido muy satisfactoria, especialmente utilizando el plan Apoia. La plataforma me ha permitido enviar newsletters profesionales, mejorar la comunicación con nuestra base de contactos y fortalecer el vínculo con los socios. E-goi transmite confianza y estabilidad, y se nota que es una herramienta pensada para acompañar procesos a largo plazo.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado de E-goi es que es una plataforma muy completa y pensada para crecer junto a tu proyecto, incluso si eres una ONG con recursos limitados. El plan Apoia para ONG’s es una gran ventaja, ya que demuestra un compromiso real con el tercer sector y facilita el acceso a herramientas profesionales de email marketing. La creación de newsletters es intuitiva, con plantillas fáciles de personalizar y opciones claras para segmentar contactos.

Cons

Aunque la experiencia general es positiva, lo que menos me ha gustado de E-goi es que la plataforma tiene muchas opciones y, en ciertos momentos, puede sentirse abrumadora hasta que te familiarizas con ella. También hay apartados que podrían explicarse mejor mediante tutoriales más visibles o guías paso a paso más detalladas.

As funcionalidades do e-goi adequam-se bastante para a comunicação da minha empresa e o suporte ao cliente é rápido e esclarecedor.

Cons

Por vezes a estética e o design gráfico dos modelos de formulários de captação de contactos é um pouco limitado, não conseguindo enquadrar com a linha gráfica da minha marca.

Ainda não tenho uma experiencial geral, porem ela tem me ajudado bastante a crescer, conseguir aumentar minha lista e me conectar com meus clientes

Pros

Facilidade em conseguir montar uma companhia de marketing e segmentar ela para o público certo, conseguir criar listas personalizadas com base em interesses.

Cons

O atendimento deixou a desejar, especialmente na tentativa de recuperar contatos apagados por um erro. A equipe demonstrou pouca agilidade e forneceu orientações confusas, dificultando a resolução do problema. Além disso, houve falta de proatividade e de comunicação clara, gerando frustração e perda de tempo para o usuário. Situações como essa revelam a necessidade de melhorar processos internos, treinar a equipe e implementar soluções mais eficazes para casos de recuperação de dados. Ferramenta com muitos recursos e explicações muito claras e transparentes sobre como utilizar as diferentes ferramentas. Ainda não chequei o resultado.

Não é tão facil configurar e usar, imagino que o mesmo aconteça com as outras plataformas, mas ainda assim pouco intuitivo

5000 Contatos gratis valem a pena demais... voce pagaria muito por esse recurso em qualquer outro servidor de email marketing

Estou aprendendo a usar ainda o app, entao ainda nao consigo falar o que nao gostei... voltou depois para reavaliar

De forma geral o E-Goi atende muito bem o que propôs, entrega de e-mail garantido, cadastros simples de fazer e com uma variedade de integrações. Tudo muito válido para usar no meu e-commerce.

Pros

Ferramenta fácil de configurar, funcionalidades e entrega com qualidade. Consegui usar fluxos de automação e e-mail marketing de forma fácil e simplificada.

Cons

Só não gostei da limitação de listas e de automações, o ideal seria no mínimo 2 listas e 2 formas de automação.
