It is very intuitive to use. It only took me 10 minutes to get my first pop-up created and live on our website. The templates are easy to customise and I liked that I could upload our brands fonts. The dashboard is clear and give instant conversion stats, which we sanity checked against our other reporting tools and they are 100% accurate. I had an issue which required assistance and found the customer service to be perfect. They went above and beyond and even had their development team do a quick bit of work on my coding.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to set up my account, create a pop-up and get it into production on our website. The whole process was seamless.

Cons

If I'm being honest, there are a couple of bugs on the design studio, such as fonts reverting back to the default Poppins when you do things like make edits to the text, but it's not a big deal. It could do with a couple of other design tools, like easily selecting to align all objects and/or centre everything. It would also be nice to be able to see things like the spacing between objects so you can distribute evenly. It can be a bit fiddly and I found myself having to lurch over to my screen to try and visually see as the display screen is small with no measurement guides.

Simple, efficient, delivers great value for money. Also, the fact that you have multiple domains allow you to work around your dedicated landing pages and again re-engage with that audience as well.

Pros

Definitely a very simple tool to use that provides great value as you can interact with your website visitors. The drag and drop experience is really smooth.

Cons

I personally got a little bit lost sometimes in the analytics understanding, but thanks of Osama, this goes very smoothly now.

Pros

Ease of use is amazing. The layout and code snippet is so easy to use with your website. This makes utilizing pops a breeze and I highly recommend Poptin.

Cons

Webpage count, although this is probably the way we are using it. They helped the way it is calculated, and it became a non-issue without any questions asked.

What I liked most about Poptin is how incredibly easy it is to use while still being very powerful. Creating popups, forms, and lead capture elements is fast and intuitive, even without technical skills. Cons

We decide to use Poptin to replace our own tool (developed in-house) and the migration was easy and without trouble (even if we expected something more as templates).

Pros

the easy of use for popup and a great support. Any doubts or trouble receive the right attention and solved in minutes

Cons

We would like to have more options for gamefy or - at least - have some more option to personalize this kind of popups. For example could be great to have different version for the wheel of fortune.

Very positive, found it to be a really useful tool that allows us to impart information to our customer quickly and cleanly.

Pros

Really easy to use, quick, clean and impactful way to engage with customers. Support team are super helpful and solved any problems with minimum fuss.

Cons

In our busiest month, in the run up to Christmas, we get dangerously close to the monthly limit - other than that, it has been a positive experience all round.
