Pros

It's really easy to use, doesn't require any prior knowledge in programming. The team at Poptin is really helpful and adding more features all the time!

Cons

I would like to see some more templates and customization options, but overall it seems that the platform is on the right path.

We're trying to increase the amount of times visitors of our website contact us by implementing this call to action.

Pros

I was pleasantly surprised by the user-friendlyness of the design process. All the options are there and visualized in an easy step by step configuration.

Cons

I wasn't aware of the button to switch accounts. I didn't receive a notification when our client added us as an user and had to check myself if everything went well.

Cons

Truthfully, no shortcomings come to mind regarding this application.

Great experience! The pop ups are beautiful, and well responsive. What else :-)

Pros

This platform surprised me by its simplicity to use and the impressive number of functions it has to set up and analyze the performance of pop ups.

Cons

Sometimes, there are tiny bugs when you design the popup (like for example to pass a graphic element behind another), but not much to complain about except that.

Pros

It's very simplistic but functional meaning anyone can use this software and get the most out of it. The data provided on visitors, views and conversions is easy to access and easy to read.

Cons

Some of the design functionality is lacking such as not having the ability to create separated input fields, this will hopefully be improved on in the future.

This got me up and running within an hour! I was dreading spending a couple of days trying to get a simple email conversion pop up box running on my page.

Pros

It's pretty easy to get started, but you will have questions....

Cons

It's pretty intuitive, but I needed help. I never expected the chat guys to actually take over and complete my project and stay with me until it worked! AWSOME!

Really simple to use and implement, all the necessary integrations are there plus the pricing is fair.

Cons

Something that I least liked was the generic designs, it felt a bit outdated and not as good as the competitors.

Pros

Adding elements is simple enough. Templates could be more extensive.

Cons

I'm not a fan of monthly subscriptions. Competitor Elfsight charges per pop-up, cheaper.

Reason for choosing Poptin

The single free pop-in suffices for now, even with the branding line.

Pros

easy to setup and launch, had features that we need and more

Cons

we have 2 domains so we just had to upgrade from a plan for 1 domain to a plan for up to 4 domains, which is costier

I love it, it's easy to use. It just works as promised.

Cons

I could use more possibilities to style some of the templates but thats ok.

Reason for choosing Poptin

If remebering correctely it was recommented by webflow but I'm not sure about that. we work with webflow.
