Pros the easy of use for popup and a great support. Any doubts or trouble receive the right attention and solved in minutes Cons We would like to have more options for gamefy or - at least - have some more option to personalize this kind of popups. The helpful and very quick support makes it easy to use, also for complete beginners such as myself. Pros The support. Incredibly efficient, competent and friendly. I couldn't figure out why my popup wasn't displaying on my shopify store and \[sensitive content hidden\] from the support team was super helpful in answering all my questions. Cons I was making my popup on my ipad and it wasn't working super well. Especially when adding a picture. Might work a lot better on laptop though. January 14, 2025 5.0 I used Poptin in my previous company some years ago and the experience was so good that I had to bring it to my new company! This time I had some issues at the beginning with a platform bug, which caused some delay in the popup launch, but nothing big and the support team was super helpful. After that, the Exit Intent popup has been great for us in converting visitors into subscribers. Cons The only issue I have is the mobile optimization, the pop-up on computer is the right size but on mobile phones its really small and I'm sure its gonna lower conversion rates for users if you don't fix that asap!
