We decide to use Poptin to replace our own tool (developed in-house) and the migration was easy and without trouble (even if we expected something more as templates).

Pros

the easy of use for popup and a great support. Any doubts or trouble receive the right attention and solved in minutes

Cons

We would like to have more options for gamefy or - at least - have some more option to personalize this kind of popups. For example could be great to have different version for the wheel of fortune.

Excellent. The helpful and very quick support makes it easy to use, also for complete beginners such as myself.

Pros

The support. Incredibly efficient, competent and friendly. I couldn't figure out why my popup wasn't displaying on my shopify store and \[sensitive content hidden\] from the support team was super helpful in answering all my questions.

Cons

I was making my popup on my ipad and it wasn't working super well. Especially when adding a picture. Might work a lot better on laptop though.

Pros

Poptin is a fantastic platform — it makes things incredibly easy, even for non-developers. The interface is intuitive, and the support team is quick, helpful, and always on point.

Cons

Maybe, once you publish a popup make sure that it will enable automatically rather than you clicking the on/off.

Very good results, helps me understand my advertising and marketing better.

Pros

Shows the daily visitors to my website, and also has multiple breakdowns of time frames of visitors.

Cons

Nothing at the moment. Everything seems good. If theres a way to breakdown the demographic of PC vs mobile users, thats all i can think of.

poptin is a stable extension for any app if you wish for more user engagement and use popups to get it

Pros

poptin is a very elaborate plugin with key functionality to boost user engagement on your app. its continuesly developing and has adequate support that is even helpfull in specific use cases

Cons

i cant think of any, but a nice-to-have would be a status indicator if a new version of poptin is published and active on a page. Some indicator that changes in the config of a poptin are actually live on the targeted app

Works on any website, even the ones that run on a lesser known/less conventional CMS. It is easy to install, design and edit pop-ups. Overview and summaries are also very clear.

Pros

Easy and intuitive. Modern and clean look and feel.

A lot of freedom and available options in terms of customization of forms, popups, their relevant settings (timing, frequency, cues, etc.)

Cons

Nothing much really, sometimes the pages may be a bit slow at loading, which could depend on the UI or simply my device, but there really aren't any cons.

Poptin has great products and service. I recommend it.

Cons

We wish there was a better mobile/phone exit intent pop up functionality, but what Poptin has may be the best that is technologically possible on mobile currently.

Easily to use before the latest update but I dont know what happened when I found no pop up image I set before and that made nobody know what I am promoting!

I used Poptin in my previous company some years ago and the experience was so good that I had to bring it to my new company! This time I had some issues at the beginning with a platform bug, which caused some delay in the popup launch, but nothing big and the support team was super helpful. After that, the Exit Intent popup has been great for us in converting visitors into subscribers.

\- It's super easy to implement the popups - The support team is extremely responsive and helpful when you need them

Nothing, everything has been great so far

The free account doesn't allow you to set up multiple poptin's that connect to my mailchimp account. I can only connect mailchimp to one poptin.
