Pros: The RTA software sets up for utilizing the scheduler and task manager, Reflexis' true bread a butter. It allows for inter module functionality, while providing a simplified user experience. There are many tools and reports available, but the most basic use that will be utilized by our field is the employee time punch screen. Build 4.1, which is in the process of being configured and implemented with our company, brings many new behind the scenes features that allow for legal compliance with many different states and deeper integration into Scheduler.

Cons: Our software is still in the build phase, but is shaping up nicely. My main warning is that utilizing a new build of software comes with many hiccups and product delays from the developer. Either plan this into your implementation deadline, or utilize an already existing software version for quicker execution.
