Pros: Can divide task easily. I wish when a task is done, can just swipe away instead to click. too many buttons to click.

Cons: cant load pics to record unless paid version. After a few weeks. Seems like not using the app anymore.

Overall: Divide my task and easy management.
Too many task at school and sometimes we have forgotten what task we left.
With this program is very easy to get remind.

The program is great easy to use customer service is quick to respond.

Pros: Easy to navigate. Easy to setup. Its made it easy for my empolyees to see what is next and shows history on the assets. Makes it easy to go back through the history to see if the same problems keep occurring. Part inventory helps to grow the parts need.

Cons: There is a difference between the apps and web base. I wish you cold add more user withoout a price increase.

Overall: Able to keep up with the PMs is huge. It helps schedule downtime and help us keep a qty of spare parts needed.

Pros: The ability to filter work orders in a number of ways to ensure the best outcome. We are still exploring all of the capabilities and learn new and useful features every day.

Cons: I would like a more customisable report feature. Perhaps a report menu with a number of pre-defined reports based on asset; property, user, due date and priority.

Simple, intuitive, and most importantly, it has an app.

Pros: The mobile interface is by far my favorite feature. We had used other CMMS companies before and always ran into the same problem: the mobile interface. They would claim to have a great mobile website but it was always clunky and difficult to use, especially for people who might not be too proficient with computers (i.e. mechanics, operators, most of the people that would be using the software). However, Upkeep roped me in immediately when they said it was a mobile-first CMMS. Upkeep delivers, with a simple interface that is intuitive to anyone that has used a smartphone before.

Cons: The Meter based work order triggers do not work as I had wished. I wanted Work Orders to generate when the engine hours hit every 250, 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 hours. For example, at 750 hours, a 250 hour and 500 hour Work Order would generate. However, when I set all of this up, It would generate about 5 work orders for the asset whenever I entered its meter reading.

Overall: A functional CMMS that has a smooth interface with its desktop version and mobile app.

Pros: Ease of use, easy setup. Good feature even with the free version. I did not encounter any issue with the setup.

Cons: DId not have some of the feature that I wanted it to have. The desktop version seems to work inconsistently (some graphs and data does not get updated)

Pros: Its easy to use and learn, it has a lot of good features and it's also super easy to do work on upkeep

Cons: I have not found anything special that I don't like about the software, but sometimes some of the work orders copy and I can't open the copy but the original.

Pros: Easy to use, let's me sort by worker which makes it easy to see where they are at & what needs to be completed. Let's me prioritize by urgency & helps me communicate with our staff more efficiently.

Cons: Sometimes maintenance workers complain that the app gets stuck on phone & doesn't close work orders. We had all guys update their app on their phone but still having same issue

Pros: UpKeep gives us real-time data across all of our properties and offers each employee insight into what work orders were completed on a daily basis. As a manager, I can see which properties are struggling and where we need to send help. UpKeep has allowed us to reference old work orders for specific units in order to better solve future problems.

Cons: As always, with any software, some of the updates are helpful while some create a more cumbersome process.

Great tool for managing assets, man-hours, and work orders.

Pros: Users and technical users can submit and check status of tickets from anywhere, the phone app for mobility is especially helpful for both the requesters and the technicians.

Cons: Doesn't automatically email notify requester of the current status of the UpKeep work order ticket. Would be fantastic if this feature was included to notify user of when the ticket status of In Progress, On Hold, or Closed and include the technicians update comments.

Pros: It is simple to use, has been a great tool for teaching students how a CMMS system is used. Even though after school is over and the students go to work a their first job they may not use UpKeep but they will understand the concept, and be able to adapt to the plants system, much better than if they had not had any experience with UpKeep

Cons: At This time I cannot think of anything major, I did find a small bug in uploading files to our school account, but Ryan helped fix that in less than an hour.

Pros: Easy to use and navigate. .

Cons: search and reporting functions need some improvement. I have discussed these in chats with support. When using the search function you are unable to search for a unit number. Also in reporting of meter readings it will only give the last reading not very useful should be able to print all readings for a specified time period.

Pros: The ease of use, everything is so self-explanatory you don't really need any of the free advice and support on offer

Cons: I would love to see the work order priority system be more dynamic and change the wording and rating, but that's all.

Overall: Full CMMS functionality that fitted our requirements

Pros: The overall functionality is excellent. Our Field Techs never had any problems timing their work and finding the location by using the built in map.

Cons: The biggest con, at least in our case, the scheduling. Believe it or not, in most cases we need to schedule a job at for example 9:30 AM. There are only options for a full hour.

Overall: The efficiency of our Field Techs is the number one benefit. I can gain an insight on the time he is spending at the location, how many jobs they completed, etc. On their end, they love it because they can see the task clearly and see where to go by using the built in map.

Pros: how quick we can get things to do done. I like how we can track everything we need to do in here just so we can make sure we are getting it done for the guest

Cons: lots of stuff to click just to send one request, this should be simplified that way when we are busy at the front desk we don't worry about all the extra stuff if its not even necessary.

Overall: Easy system to track maintenance issues in the hotel, definitely great for making sure the guest doesn't experience negative.

The team at UpKeep has been great with helping me and my team through on boarding.

Pros: customization of the asset system and the mobile app for the tablets is great to bring to work to our techs on the floor. Very easy to teach to people as well

Cons: Would like to be able to incorporate the meters into work orders and the uploaded files would be handy to have an organization of them. Both things that the UpKeep team has taken into consideration for future.

Overall: on the go updates for anyone on the system. Ease of use for the end user to put request for work in as well.

Pros: We were using our own internal system for quite sometime, but it became too heavy to maintain (Ironic for a maintenance program haha). We were searching for a few options and discovered UpKeep and it has literally changed our maintenance team's lives.

Cons: Nothing I can think of, I know more features are on the way that will make investing in UpKeep even better.

Pros: Pretty user friendly, you can upload pictures and update your group easily. Customer support is fabulous. Will do everything they can to solve an issue you might be having

Cons: I don't like that my invoices don't save to the work order. Especially if you have to go look back in the work order, you will have to start all over again on the invoice.

I typically am not very technologically savvy and this app has been very easy for me to learn! Our team has been able to streamline our work flow process for managing equipment failures and tracking repairs.

Cons:
Requires you to have a smart phone like iphone or android, which most people on our team had, but I can see is a restriction for others

Pros: We like it - we have lots of buildings that are spread out over a large area so this has been helpful to centralize maintenance requests. We haven't had any trouble with the actual mechanics of the site. The ability to upload pictures is especially helpful.

Cons: The biggest con is that upkeep is more expensive than our team originally wanted to spend. we didn't want to pay for every single user, but they actually have view only users for free which really helped us out

Pros: Ease of use; automatic e-mail notifications of W.O. status changes; cloud based so it can easily be used by technicians in the field, residents, and administrators; parts lists; asset lists; reports

Cons: Another category of View Only permissions is needed, to eliminate the ability of View Only users to see the list of People and Teams (the display of all users names with e-mail, phone number, and assigned permissions. When UpKeep is used in a condominium/HOA environment, this profile information must only be available to administrators.

Overall: Work Order tracking, inventory tracking, assets monitoring.

Upkeep is very easy to use, uploading database files is extremely helpful, minimal data entry.

Pros: The software is full of features that allow every asset on multiple sites to be tracked, work orders be assigned and tracked, as well as scheduled maintenance to be take care of.
I love the feature of being able to add photos. Sometimes people may be unclear as to the specific item for a work order. The photo allowed them to not end up being confused. Also, the details on assets allow one to easily verify if product is part of recall notice.

Cons: We are a small organization and the features of the software were just too much for what we were looking for. I can see this working really well in a larger organization with multiple teams and locations.

Pros: I can add partners to share our service requests as needed. And once added these partners can add notes to service requests shared with them. We can also use the dashboard to create summaries and graphs of work orders.

Cons: Upkeep is the first type of software I've used for maintenance management. Therefore I have no benchmark to compare upkeep with.

Pros: I need to ensure my team of maintenance staff are able to respond to issues with the minimum amount of complication.... UpKeep is the most agile application for my guys. You don't have to have a degree in computer science to operate and update the application and you can go from generating/receiving a work order to completing it with only a few simple taps/click. The fact it's cross platform and works vey well on mobiles is an absolute must for me! ....no longer needing a tablet in addition to a phone! I very much look forward to some of the feature rich content coming into play later in the year.

Cons: Whilst the the day-to-day usability of the application is straight forward, there are little annoyances that pop up - having used the software for 6 months now, and being able to feed back usability issues to a VERY receptive support team, the issues are usually ironed out fairly quickly.

Overall: Better flexibility in tracking issues raised by tenants and on the progress of those issues with our maintenance team.

Great software and technology to help transition off a troublesome CMMS.

Pros: The part inventory feature is great to keep our storeroom up-to-date. The ability to view Work Orders outside the plant and understand the current status of progress. Pictures within the Work Orders have assisted with identifying exact issues and items to work on.

Cons: There are some features that are not available on the desktop software vs the mobile software, working at combining the best features to both platforms could assist with the continuous improvement of the software.

Pros: Allows me to quickly and easily manage my work orders. My manager really likes being able to keep track of the work flow throughout the day and week as well as address issues that come up with upper management. He is able to quickly pull up the paper trail of whatever issue our customer has had and see the history and notes on any other similar issues.

Cons: The software has great core functionality. However, some of the systems like reporting and inventory are still early in development or slightly underdeveloped.

The customer support team has been great. Software is user friendly

Pros: I like the ability to have remote/mobile access, set up customer filters and fields to suit our needs. I also like the ability to use your smartphone for photos and such.

Cons: The ability to modify an outside customer portal is limited. Also the cost per user seems too high, but that seems to be standard across many field service apps.

Overall: Communication and follow up with service techs and customer work order requests

Pros: One of the nice things about UpKeep is the simplicity. It's a straightforward design and layout. It has great features and functions that are easy to use. It has help our company to stay better organized with work orders and projects. It also has allowed us to provide a better visual to our maintenance team of their projects. We're able to keep up with their progress which helps schedule upcoming projects.

Cons: The only downside to UpKeep is we lost a function when we upgraded from the free account to a paid account. On the free account we were able to assign tasks to any user. When we upgraded, we didn't pay for every member of our maintenance team to have complete access. They are now view only users, which won't allow us to assign them tasks. We have to do it a "round-about" way by adding them as a third party user. It works, it's just not as easy as it had been before.

Overall: We have been able to better organize and track our maintenance team's progress on projects and tasks. We're also able to assign specific tasks to employees, with details, which reduces the amount of confusion and questions.

Pros: The accessibility from the field, easily transmit work orders via the cloud, easily message, create PM and CM's on demand if needed. The program itself is very flexible with the option of creating the system for the intended use of your CMMS.

Cons: I would suggest (for UpKeep) to add an option of being able to schedule CM/PM workorders for a specified day in a week/month/year that you can easily choose or schedule, instead of having just the ability to select day/week/month/year/scheduled days, and add that option to your platform.

Upkeep has been great for our enterprise needs. They go above and beyond.

Pros: The interface is great for technician and administrator alike. The app is robust enough to meet our demand across 24 sites and through 22 administrators.

Cons: I really don't have a con. To date we have had no issue that we could not resolve using the app tools. The one issue I have experienced is actually outside of Upkeep control. We would use the UPC code more often for inventory control but many maintenance products do not lend themselves to easily having a bar code on the product.

I have been using this WO system for quite a while now, and have found it to be extremely helpful.

Pros: It is very easy to use, even for someone who may not be familiar with this type of system. It has many features that have improved our efficiency, as well as our coordination within each department.

Cons: I cannot add other "Team Members" unless they are paid subscribers, and I don't have access to many of the forms I would like to utilize.

Overall: Better productivity, efficiency, and organization.

Pros: Ease of use and the portability of it for our team. Layout of the application is simple to get around and teach to new users that are not familiar with applications.

Cons: Slight lag when using the product every now and then. Additionally, I would like more customization with the data tools, such as an internal spreadsheet viewer to find trends within task lists. However, this is easily manageable with some Excel work.

Pros: able to keep records of things that need to be done or have already been done so it can be used later on when needed. Also able to print out work order to pass on to person that will be taking care of it

Cons: Have not found anything as of yet that I do not like about this program. If I find anything in the future I will contact my supervisor or the company to inform them of my concern.

Overall: able to put in a work order from my smart phone witch is very helpful. I can also see my work orders were ever needed

Upkeep is GREAT for our equipment tracking & maintenance. Great value for our company!

Pros: Extremely easy to use, very intuitive! Everyone had a very easy time learning how to use the product and everyone had positive feedback right away. Upkeep immediately helped us get organized without the need for days of training. We bought this after months of research around equipment maintenance and tracking software which was exorbitant. Upkeep promised very similar abilities for a fraction of the price and without having to train our entire staff. Upon implementation, Upkeep immediately enabled us to track machine hours and create work orders for scheduled maintenance. We were able to neatly log all of our equipment and work orders/specs/schematics. Reporting abilities and maintenance cost are built-in options. We began easily logging parts and inventory with alerts when quantities are low. Everyone using Upkeep found it very easy to set up and use. This product has greatly helped our company better track and keep up with our heavy machinery and its recurring maintenance. Customer service has been terrific and we are most pleased with our decision to purchase Upkeep.

Cons: We are a large, mixed fleet company and Upkeep lacks an ability to separate assets and inventory by category. Also the employees on the field who are 'requesters' would like a bit more access to our equipments lists in order to log hour meters with ease.

Overall: Maintenance tracking and work order creation with ease. Logging of parts and assets with alerts when quantities are low. Product is extremely intuitive and easy to use.

Pros: The Inventory section with pictures is the best and dashboard is very helpful. I will totally recommend this software!

Cons: Until now, everything work for me perfectly for me. Except the pop up or notification by cell phone is very important to me but sometimes I do not receive them at all.

Pros: I like that I can have all of my work requests in one place and easily plan them out . It is also easy for the teachers to request items to be fixed.

Cons: I wish the master planner was included in all paid versions, this would help with planning even more.

Pros: From the front desk clerks to the maintenance crew, they all love UpKeep. It really helps them stay on track.

Cons: When adding a user, the price doubles. If adding a user increased the price by 25-50% more instead of doubling it, I could justify adding more users.

Pros: The software is very intuitive and easy for our techs to use. They have no problem integrating it into their daily workflow. it is exceedingly helpful for management to track the productivity levels of our techs as they go about their daily activities.

Cons: There is a trade off on built in reporting flexibility, but this can easily be handled by exporting to excel.

Overall: Improved tracking of work requests. Ease of scheduling maintenance techs which translates to improved usage of tech time and more rapid close out of work order. UpKeep has also given us a solution to manage our MRO inventory without increasing headcount.

We have been using this program for nearly a year now to help keep our inventory and maintenance records up to date. This program has been great for us in knowing where we need to make changes. Definitely recommend.

Cons: -Every program can use some updates and better features and that goes for upkeep to but with the Upkeep team there to take all ideas that are presented to them that makes this program better from the rest.

Overall: This software makes it more convenient for our team to keep records of maintenance and inventory. We are able to keep notes of where we purchased items and also have notes of different pricing so later on when we check for that item we can look back at this and know where we can get the best price.

This app has been incredibly helpful for our construction company. We are way more organized now!

Pros: It's pretty user friendly. Even the guys out doing the jobs that aren't tech savvy find it easy to understand.

Cons: It's difficult to review jobs that has been finished unless you buy the membership. There's a limit to which jobs you can see. However, the issue is resolved if you buy to full version so if you can't live without seeing every job you've completed then I suggest investing in that.

Overall: Everyone on our team has access to it, so there isn't any middle man trying to get information out to everyone. It helps projects get done much quicker than before.

I can honestly say i love using this app, 100% made my job alot easier.

Pros: The software is very easy to use and well set out. Any problems with the software in my experience have been sorted out within 24 hours. The people on the team are great and are always available to help with any problems big or small. I would really recommend this software to anyone.

Cons: As maintenance engineer I service my machines on a 4 week turn around, but the software only lets you choose either 1,2 weeks or 1 month option or the recurring jobs. I have been told that this will be added in a future update or the software. Other than this i can not find anything i don't like about the software.

Overall: I can keep an eye on stock levels. Keep track of the jobs i have done and jobs still to do. This software as saved me loads of time.

Pros: Has been a great experience for me but I would have to say the customer support is what I like the most. Super helpful & quick to respond.

Cons: When using the app sometimes the information has a slight delay in updating. For example when you change the status of a work order occasionally the change lags a little behind. Hardly a problem really.

Comments: At a former employer, we used a similar work order system that had half the features of UpKeep, and twice the cost. I was amazed to discover how much we got for so little.

Pros: The biggest pro is the functionality. All of our inventory, work orders, assets, schedules, and meters are all included in one app. The account setup is very flexible and affordable. Customer Support responds instantly and resolves any issue that arises, though few issues have occurred.

Cons: When the product was new, there were a few issues with training staff to use it. As the product developed, it became easier for our techs to navigate. Other than initial training, we haven't had any problems.

Currently using Upkeep to manage inventory and service for a fleet of drill rigs.

Comments: Overall, UpKeep is a great product. The biggest disappointment that I have currently, I assume like many of you, is that I don't have more time currently to invest in it. It has many functions that I have yet to take advantage of that I have no doubt will be a benefit as well.

Pros: Ease of Use: Adding and modifying work orders, adding and modifying assets, building schedules are a snap and can be done with as much detail as desired. Cost: UpKeep has helped us reduce our downtime to less than 1%. I cannot overstate how minuscule the fee is compared to maintenance cost savings and up-time productivity. Support: The team at UpKeep are always fast to respond to any questions or problems that I encounter.

Cons: I would like to see more flexibility in repeating schedules (mostly monthly). Also I would like for repeating schedules to repeat from the day last performed. Repeating schedules over a week get out of sync with the actual days they are or need to be performed. Making sure that we are not over or under performing some of these tasks can be tricky at times.

Pros: I love that you can create work orders quickly, and receive quick updates on what has been done, or any changes that need to be made. It provides instant accountability for your team.

Techs in the field love it just as much as it makes their job so much easier and provides them abilities to provide updates to important tasks in real time.

Pros: Not only is UpKeep easy to use and learn, getting it implemented within my organization has been practically turnkey! UpKeep staff provided an amazing training experience for my organization and we were up and running in no time. Service after the sale has been fantastic! UpKeep is always ready and willing to help us with whatever we have a question about. Our field techs were super quick to pick it up and become masters with managing of work orders. My organization leadership love it too! It's incredibly easy to see our entire organization in one big picture. UpKeep has by and large far exceeded our expectations. We look forward to using UpKeep for many years to come!

Cons: There are really no cons with this amazing software! Anytime there has been some kind of obstacle during implementation and usage, it has already been resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Everything is pretty smooth on upkeep.

Comments: overall great software

Pros: The access to work orders and editing them is great. I love the request feature since some employees don't have access to the whole software.

Cons: Absolutely hate when editing assets or parts that when you search by name, and click on edit part after editing it goes back to front page of either parts or assets.

Upkeep has completely changed the way I do my day to day routine.

Comments: Could have more customization.

Pros: Upkeep has been very easy to use. It is very easy to train other users. The ease and efficiency of work orders has been most helpful.

Cons: Some lesser used features are overly complicated. Need help to figure out other functions, such as Master Log and Planner, and Meters.

Pros: Everything! It makes a whole difference in planning and tracking your Maintenance! Very friendly to maintenance personal not very inclined to use a software for their job.

Cons: Has some glitches related to adding parts to a work order. So far, you can do that only with your tablet, not with a PC. Then when you add the part, and with WO still open, the part is gone from inventory, that should happens only at the time of closing the WO. Pretty sure is an easy fix and believe they are already working on this issue.

Pros: Upkeep is very easy to use and the maintenance technicians like the ability to use it on there phones. The ease of reporting work orders when they are thinking of them makes the app valuable. Nothing gets lost anymore.

Cons: A little better scheduler would be appreciated though we're making it work. Other than that everything seems to working very well.

Comments: I would recommend UpKeep to anyone who wants to organize data and keep track of their proyects. Nice job to the team.

Pros: I like how intuitive the software is. It has great design. And a bunch of useful tools and options.

Pros: I love all the different filters I can use to sort the work orders. This makes finding the work orders very easy.

Cons: The only con I have found is that I must refresh the page quite often. The organization I have gained from this program is well worth this minor inconvenience.

Comments: All around great product.

Pros: Easy to use intuitive interface, allowed me to get in to the nuts and bolts of it very quickly. The ability to assign tasks, track inventory and equipment use makes it possible to schedule technicians and assets easily.

Cons: Haven't found one yet. The ability to directly email completed work orders to appropriate departments rather than provide a link might be something I'd want, however the current system is functionally adequate.

Comments: a CMMS powerful enough for the most seasoned Facility Manager, yet simple enough for the greenest technician.

Pros: UpKeep's simple, straightforward interface hides a beast of a CMMS that could easily be dropped into any facility maintenance program within minutes. ongoing program improvements/features coupled with world class customer support in my opinion set UpKeep far above the competition.

Cons: Over a year maintaining my facility with UpKeep, and have yet to come across something I didn't love.

UpKeep is the application I was looking for when it came to organizing jobs and customer service!!

Comments: Great product with great people!

Pros: UpKeep is easy for my people to use and is functional for the needs of keeping track of multiple jobs with multiple people. There are just the right amount of helpful features that its not overly complicated. The communication with the UpKeep team is almost instantaneous, and always overly helpful.

Cons: I have almost ZERO complaints, every issue has been felt withy promptly! Sometimes has issues with Safari, but has gotten way better.

Comments: Its a great program for beginners in the sense of getting people used to something new, a new way of doing things. Many of the people in my office are older and prefer to have everything on paper but they have adjusted well to the program and without any problem.

Pros: This program incorporates all of the items that a property management company would need to be able to control and have access to. it makes it 100 times easier to be able to jump online submit a request and be done with it. You can add all of your tenants and both can access any progress on the service or request being made as well as your vendor who is fixing it etc.

Cons: Didn't find any really. This program was the 1st CMMS program for our company to use in the 30 plus years that its been doing property management and no one had a difficult time learning or adjusting to it.

Pros: We've been using UpKeep for the last 5 months now and the team has quickly adopted it. We've been trying to run our facility on paper and excel documents and one day a few months ago one of our colleagues showed us the app he had downloaded on the app store. Since then we've loaded our PMs and gotten off of paper completely. It's been a big shift in how we report problems and track maintenance.

Pros: I really like how easy it is to organize and inform my team of work orders and ongoing projects. creating new work orders is a snap if you take the time to do it. And they don't get lost in the shuffle. It's easy receive reminders on projects. Also, I can't say enough about "Assets" I'm able to keep a library of information about the equipment I work on and update new equipment as needed

Cons: I would like to add more users without the cost! But, I guess most would like to have a little extra for little effort sometimes.

Pros: Ease of use, easy to deploy, learning curb for users of any skill level is minimal. One of the best mobile application UI. Have been using it for a year with out any complaints from users. Loved the feature which allow non-registered users to make request and track progress of request from a web browser.

Cons: The pricing structure should be a more aggressive as competitors offer for lesser. Reporting and dashboard services should be available for all subscribers.

Overall: We were able to streamline maintenance requests and set proper processes for approvals and procurements of assets.

Pros: I loved having the ability to self onboard the system, and training my team of its use only took a minute!

Cons: The only con I have found is the lack of ability to select a default worker/team for new work orders. as it is now the default worker assigned is the user creating the work order.

Overall: simple method assigning, tracking, and archiving work done.

Pros: Keeps everyone on the same page and helps to organize our parts inventory for our machines. Staying up to date on tasks is very good too.

Cons: I am unable to edit parts that I have added to inventory. Being able to view certain aspects (ie assets) in ways other than lists would be nice.
