Pros I love how I can store all of my client documents in one system. As well as input time sheets, billing reports and notes. Cons I don't like the fact that I lose my saved document from my desktop when I move it into Office Tools. Less stress about billing. Great way to stay organized. Pros It is very flexible and allows for specific customization for our firm. It really keeps us organized and there is a lot less chance of missing deadlines. Cons Support staff at the lower level are not as helpful as they could be. I liked how we could organize it by each client. Cons It does not have as much functionality as our current document storage software, GoFileRoom (GFR). I also prefer the vast options it gives me. Cons It has a lot of complications and round about features. The customer support went drastically down after they shifted ownership. Offers tons of features if you can figure out how to use them all. Cons The sales rep is hard to get in touch with and is all about the sale. It is very user friendly once you figure out what you need to do and how it needs to be done. Any questions for the client can be easily noted. Pros The software gives all of our employees an easy place to go to find out where files are, client status, etc. They can see what projects are assigned to them and move them on easily. Pros Hands down I loved the Ease and simplicity of the program. It is VERY VERY USER FRIENDLY!! Very self explanatory. There really isn't anything or any single feature that you would use and not know how to use. (If that makes any sense) Cons I don't like the document manager and how all documents save are all single line items. I wish there were ways or accumulating statements by year/month etc. Would be nice to have less in that are to deal with. If I want to see a bill that was paid last year, I have to go through all of the items I can't go directly to a folder that has all of 2017's bills for that specific vendor. Yes, there is a category section and year section, but still, you have to go through multiple documents to get to the one you want. Review Source AS Ashley S. It has made our workflow more efficient. Pros We switched to Office Tools to utilize the integrations with Lacerte, Outlook, and Crexendo, and for the ease of use. The contact management is so easy to use. Cons The portal needs more features and to be integrated inside Office Tools. It would be nice if we could see what clients have accepted the invitation to join the portal or who have viewed their documents.
