Our experience with Click 360 has been one of partnership and growth - working together to design and build 360 feedback systems with an ethos of continual improvement. Pros Click 360 are able to provide basic software templates to ensure systems are easy to navigate and provide advise on which features to include to make the system more intuitive, but are also very flexible in terms of accommodating unique client requirements for features. Cons If there is anything that we feel needs improving on our systems, then we just talk it through with Click 360 and it gets solved - we have an ongoing working partnership with them, which is what makes the solution work so well for us and our clients. Cons It is not about the software however we do have some issues with clients servers rejecting the emails. It is one of the best developmental tools at our disposal and has proved its effectiveness again and again. Pros click-360 is an easy-to -use and customer-friendly tool, so intuitive that we rarely get any user difficulties or questions. The tool is very flexible so that we can use our own frameworks of behavioural items and allows for qualitative textual feedback as well as numerical scoring. The reports are compelling and credible and in our experience engage senior leaders sufficiently to motivate them to change. Cons This product has been refined over several years so that it is now hard to think of anything that we dislike about it. I would have no hesitation in recommending its use to others.
