Pros: Super useful for getting coaching feedback, sharing calls with the team, etc. I LOVE the feature that allows you to search for certain words in the call really helps eliminate 'filler' words from your sales calls.

Cons: The search functionality could be stronger. Sometimes the software doesn't recognize two different voices on the call.

Overall: Great for call coaching. Coaches can give feedback asynchronously, which is great if they have tons of people to give feedback too.

Pros: It puts all the calls in one place which makes it easy for both the worker and the employee to review and coach on calls, The EV platform has a ton of features which directly result in productivity. Best of all the setup process is very easy, and the long term benefit you gain out of the platform is definitely worth what you would pay for the service.
Over all it improves the productivity of the team.

In my opinion, this product is first a behavioural coaching platform, and which naturally happens to be applicable to sales and so on.

Cons: Not many cons that I know of. Most of the features are already at 100% .
It is not a con, but the manager would still need to take out some time to review the calls. So as long as you have a good and proactive employee-employer relationship, and a pumped up team who are constantly looking to learn and deliver, and who have a manager who is equally responsive, then you are in for a real treat.

Overall: The tech, sales and support teams are amazing. They are genuinely nice people who love what they do. This passion directly reflects on the quality of the product. The quality of the product and the support is phenomenal, and I cannot emphasize that enough.

Pros: It easily allows me to pick any call (inbound or outbound) that I made on any day to listen, comment, critique and send to anyone inside or outside of my company to review. We use this on a daily basis to coach our team on phone techniques. It makes our team feel way more comfortable than having management listen in on live calls as they dial!

Cons: I am not sure if this is necessarily a big deal, but we wish we were notified every time enhancements were made to the software. Sometimes changes will be made without us knowing what is new or how to use the new features. Again, not a big deal and not something we are going to lose any sleep over. Execvision is well worth it!

Overall: Able to easily and effortlessly record all calls that are taken inbound and made outbound. Can listen to those calls, review them, make comments on them and share them with people both inside and outside my company.

Use EV for call recordings at my sales gig and it helps capture the areas I do well/need improvement

Pros: It's fairly easy to use. Also captures important metrics like how many times I utilize particular words/phrases. I also like how I can see how much I am speaking during the call vs. my prospect. It's fairly easy to share and listen to other people's calls as well, so it's a good way for our firm to create best practices and review with a group.

Cons: I think you may have recently changed this but previously you could only upload wav files, making it difficult to convert calls that weren't recorded initially using the software. Not too many complaints from me overall, though, from a functionality and usability stand point.

Overall: It's easy to fall into a rut and be unaware of bad habits you've developed over time that you are using day in and day out. EV allows me to recognize what I'm doing well/wrong and make tweaks to my pitches/call delivery to be more effective.

Idea is there, but execution is not.

Pros: I love its functionality to listen to calls, score them, share them, store them, etc that all is great. I love the idea of percentages of who is talking in the conversation. It truly is great to listen to calls, have them in a software and be able to pause/score them. It is a great idea!!

Cons: The information is inaccurate and disorganized. I can never find the calls that I want - not labeled correctly or easy to find. I really hate how I go to find a call and it is labeled wrong and I am unable to search it. Nothing is easily accessible or organized for the user to use easily. It takes FOREVER to find your call. I should be able to search it, be labeled correctly and see it there.

Overall: I am able to listen to my calls, review them for personal and professional growth. I love being able to listen to my calls for training purposes and be able to hear what I can do better. I love being able to listen to get better. I am also able to utilize it as a tool to confirm information.

Pros: The most Liked features of the software:
- user friendly
-The ability to easily send calls for review
-to see when the prospect is speaking and when the seller is speaking. This gives light into the call and if the seller is patient and actuality understanding what the prospect is saying.
-the ability to transcribe the call
-managers, sellers, and yourself to highlight and leave comments at certain parts in the conversation
-look for key words within the call saving time by not having to listen to the entire recording only listen to the jey aspects need at the time
-see how many time a sells says umm, like and etc to try and fix their errors
-the ability to send the recording to people in your organization that do not even have the software

Cons: The least like features of the software:
-the software can lag when loading
-it at times glitches and signs me out
-the call can take awhile at times to load from Sales force into exec vision
-I wish it had capability to put the link of the call recording in the notes section on salesforce instead of sending the recording through email
-I wish it had the ability to save recipients of call recordings that the seller has previously used

It's a really good product. I use it daily.

Pros: I like the ability to quickly and clearly annotate and share calls with my team. My calls sync quickly and I can review calls in close to real-time.

Cons: The highlight/comment functions are a little clunky. I'd like to be able to move the pop up box on the screen. It would also be great if I could pause the call while writing a comment or highlight.

Overall: We share calls within our team to better refine best practices. I get better on my calls and more quickly deliver value to my accounts based off of the feedback this software facilitates.

Pros: I like the ability to easily integrate with SF, and the core functionality - voice transcribing phone calls with the ability for coaches (or anyone, really) to leave specific comments at specific intervals and then pass back to the reps. Hall of Fame/Shame calls can be distributed among the team. And actually my favorite part is the repository of horrible calls our team keeps for laughs...folks who don't want to take sales calls says some pretty entertaining things...

Cons: A lot of pieces of the integration feel a bit sloppy. Well, mostly the GoTo Meeting integration, but the Salesforce integration is essentially just a large query and there is no place for me as the admin to directly control the criteria of the query. It generally pulls data just fine, but as someone pretty familiar with queries, I would like some personal control without reaching out to support. The GTM integration, without going into specifics of how it works, has given us tremendous trouble for multiple reasons across multiple Users. They don't have a full custom interface for that, which may be coming, for now though, this part is half-baked.

Overall: Despite some of my admin-based complaints about integrations, etc, this tool has been a huge help to our team. We've just brought on some senior sales leadership to our mostly young startup, and this has really helped let our sales leadership interface directly into what are reps are saying, when they say it, and how their delivery is. It has bridged a historical gap for us between management's theories and our team's actual practices.

Has been very helpful at ensuring I don't miss or forget any parts of my sales conversations/demos

Pros: The ability to record my sales calls and demos. Enables me to never miss a beat or a piece of information from the call. It also allows me to focus on the call itself instead of taking copious notes

Cons: I cannot upload recorded demos that are 1 hour or longer. Customer support is spotty and lags in response time.

Pros: ExecVision is an easy product to use. I like how it integrates into Salesforce. The ability to highlight a section of the call or video is helpful and sharing those sections with team members or back to customers is helpful in the process. It is a great tool to be able to go back and review important conversations during the sales process.

Cons: I wish that you could label the call after it is recorded and uploaded. It just displays a call and you can't change it. Once you have a lot of calls in your library this becomes an issue. Also, the upload times can be slow, especially if it is a video like Zoom.

Pros: It is a great sales key. The tool is used in my company for quality assurance as well as coaching. I love it. It helps me be a better sales person.

Cons: I wish that I could listen to some of my calls that are less than 1 and a half minutes. I get denied sometimes and I would like to hear those calls as well.

Pros: It allows me to coach my new reps, and use examples from my tenured reps to do so. You can replicate messaging, hear why something is working, not working, and use it again and again to train, coach, etc. Being able to listen to calls at 1.5 times the speed is also an amazing time saver.

Cons: We had to change the way we dispositioned our calls - which was a hassle at first. Now everyone's used to it.

Pros: I like the way the conversations are broken up, how you are able to see when you're talking too much and what the potential for personal improvement is.

Cons: I would love to see the content better organized with options for date, time and less of the randomness on how you see the calls. Having to go and submit the call numbers is difficult if you don't take the extra step to write down the number at the time of the call.

Overall: A truer picture of how I come across to potential clients.

Pros: It does provide a fairly simple method to record calls. I can't take that away despite how terrible and entitled the people who work for them are.

Cons: They are run by a con-man who swoops in and preaches Inside Sales techniques from the 90s and charges a ransom. The platform owns every call that is recorded through it so from time to time you'll just receive email notifications that some random person is listening to your call and roasting you in front of a crowd - no consent. The 'support team' is also super condescending and acts like they are the best salespeople on earth without understanding the difference in transactional vs enterprise sales.

To clarify a few things, our training and onboarding program focuses on training new users on how to best use the platform to coach Sales Teams. Some clients request a more indepth training, which we do charge for as a value added service. These trainings are run by our CRO, Steve Richard, who is a well know, proven sales trainer with 10+ years of experience. As for the calls that were used, we do not own the call recordings in the platform; your company does. Our team cannot access or use ANY customer owned data without explicit permission from the company that owns the call. We recommend that companies get permission or at least provide a heads-up to their employees before using/volunteering a call for training purposes. We regret that you had a poor experience with our Support Team. If you provide more information, we will address the issue.

Cons: User experience, the calls are not really prioritize. Seems hard to find a specific call. The phone app terrible

Pros: I can listen to calls, but cannot listen to calls that have been shared with me for training purposes.

Cons: The software is not user-friendly, and consistently takes too long to listen to your calls. One should be able to listen to their calls in real-time to have adjustment or learning options.

Pros: For the most part Execvision is easy to use as it tied into another sales tool we had which made it easy to record calls.

Cons: Although it was easy to use, many times my calls would not record properly or would be lost somewhere which made it difficult to track actual results from my calls. calls that I had that were very good would often not be found and therefore could not share with my managers.

Overall: I was able to review some calls I had and analyze where the went wrong/right.

Valuable and insightful as it relates to previous cold calls.

Pros: Being able to listen to prior cold calls I have made and learn from them. Also love that my manager has the ability to listen to them as well, giving me feedback from a different point of view.

Cons: That we aren't able to record the entire phone conversation. It would be beneficial to hear what the person on the other end of the line is saying as well.

Overall: Enables better cold calling skills as it relates to objections.

Pros: Ease and accessibility. Very simple to sort through calls and pick which rep I'd like to listen to at one given time. The other thing that's nice is the quality of the call and ability to make notes for each section. Being able to fast-forward or jump to certain highlighted points is very helpful as well

Cons: Biggest struggle that I have is the time it takes to upload calls. Not sure if there is trouble syncing with our sales Outreach software but sometimes I'd like to hear a call right after and it takes sometimes an hour for it to register or not until next day to upload into my account

Overall: Very critical in getting promoted or being able to learn from more experienced sales reps. It's absolutely necessary for us to use this to pick up new skills, tips, and how to enhance my position at the company.

Pros: The best thing about the tool is it is very user friendly and did not take much time on my part to learn how to use which makes it easier to use since I do not have to waste time trying to learn the tool.
ExecVision has been a major pillar in my coaching sessions with my manager and I can adjust the way I am pitching our product to potential prospects. If I feel like a call I had went bad I can collaborate with my management team or other colleagues and get there feedback on what went well and what I can improve on. All in all the next time I pick up the phone I am better than I was before because I am allowed to adjust in real time which has helped me book more appointments and be better on the phone. It is a great product and I love using it!

Cons: Honestly I do not have any cons, Excevision does exactly what it is meant to do and I have had nothing but success from it.

Pros: ExecVision is easy to use and provides great collaboration features to help managers and reps discuss the good and bad of every call. The library feature is great so that you can build up a repository of good calls from your team that new reps can listen to during onboarding (and moving forward).

Cons: It seems that the integration with Outreach still needs some work. This seemed to break 1-2 times per month, so our calls wouldn't sync to ExecVision for a few days. I would have also liked to see a checkmark option in Outreach (sales software we use to make our calls) that would allow us to mark calls for review during the call. As a result, we'd have to then go back into ExecVision to find the call.

Overall: Great product to help review calls from our sales development team.

Cons: It is very difficult to do a search. To get the options on the left side, I have to click on 3 different things on and off for the options to appear. If I do a search for a keyword in the search box on the top, it always comes back as nothing. Even if I use exact spelling and caps. It is also difficult because I can't click the link from my email when a call gets shared, I have to copy the link and put it in my Google browser. At my job, Internet Explorer is the default. If these get fixed, then this tool would be a lot more useful and less of a headache.
Also, if the calls come through faster, that would be even better. We have to wait hours or till the next day to listen to a call we just had.

Overall: see the cons.

Pros: Execvision makes coaching improvements to sales calls a lot easier than it was for us in the past. With the ability to search and identify key terms not only gives us a platform to change bad habits, but also identify positive ones. This helps us build a robust library of calls that we can access whenever we hire someone new. Drastically cuts down on the ramp up time.

Cons: The biggest draw back is that not every call attaches to an account in our CLM. This causes extra work for the sales agent when they have to go into the account and connect the call. Further, the number that was called also doesn't show up anywhere when you are reviewing a call.

Overall: My overall experience with Execvision has been very positive. The keyword search tool, the ability to tell who is talking when and for how long, scorecard capability, and library build tool has helped tremendously in jump starting our Sales Coaching Culture.

Pros: It gives me insight into exactly how my SDRs sound on the phones as well as what they are saying without having to spend the majority of my time sitting in a cube with them while they make calls which frees me up to focus on other areas of the business that need attention. I also like that it gives my SDRs a chance to self-coach these calls before they send them to me. The insight that they are able to give to themselves can be far more effective than someone else telling them what they did right or wrong. Overall, excellent tool!

Overall: Deep insight into what my team is doing right and what they need to improve upon. Ability to find out exactly what stage of a cadence might be hanging up the processes. Time efficient but personalized coaching.

Pros: I like all the different filtering options and its very easy to use. I also like how easy it is to share your calls.

Cons: The upload time. If I make a call in the morning, it usually is not loaded until end of day. I know our company is large so a lot of calls are submitted, so I am not sure if that is the reason.

Overall: Being able to go back and listen to the call for training purposes and if I forgot what someone said.

Pros: I like that you are able to listen to calls and go back and review & share them. Whether you are an SDR, Sales Rep or Mgt. There is something for everyone.

I like that you are able to tag and sort your calls so you can find what you're looking for much quicker.

With a diverse sales SDR team it's good for each rep to log in and listen to others calls w/out disrupting anyones day.

Cons: I wish that it had the ability to transcribe the calls vs. just listening to them. \

Pros: The automatic sync between the library and my phone

Pros: Customer Service; Call scoring; Ease of putting into library. I've been at other companies that try to build a call library and it's never really happened. With EV, anyone can do it so it's super easy and adds lots of value.

Cons: Provisioning accounts is the biggest pain point. Have to sync outreach and SalesForce every time we get a new hire.

Pros: The product is really user friendly. The buttons and navigation of the website is smooth. Also, it's easy to share with managers and co-workers who score calls

Pros: I can review my team's calls. There is little software out there that allows us to review calls- this is the best I've seen!

Cons: Not very intuitive- ease of use is great but clunky and time to review calls is difficult. Need more functionality based upon needs of team- identifying areas on calls, scorecard customization.

Pros: I like how you can go back and listen to anyone's call...not just your own. I also love the feature to score, grade and make note of certain time frames

Cons: I do not like how sometimes my calls recordings sound extremely fuzzy. It has gotten to the point where I can't even hear the 2 voices on the phone because the buzzing is so loud.

Pros: How it allows you to coach the employee on ways they provide information to customers. Once you coach you can review and grade the employee on the call.

Cons: I would like to have reports generated in excel files. This would be easier then the current way you have to review/account for who you coach.

Pros: ExecVision is useful for listening to personal calls and peer calls to identify areas of improvement in conversations with prospects.

Cons: It is hard to sort through 100's of calls to find actual phone conversations with prospects. There are a silent recordings from working through phone trees and conversations with receptionists. In addition, recording is only available on my end and not prospect is not recorded. This makes it difficult to analyze the full call.

Pros: I can listen to my calls and taylor my pitch. I like how I can listen and see the difference between my good set days and my bad set days.

Cons: It is not easy to use. If I don't use Google I can't see the annotations from management. It is also really tough to sort accurately. It is difficult to find particular meetings. Also, since I have to copy the hyperlink to Google instead of just clicking on the link with internet explorer, I don't end up seeing the calls that my boss reviewed and I have to manually search for it. The ease of use has to dramatically get better.

Overall: ability to listen to my sales calls to get better.

Sometimes there are some quality issues but overall it works pretty well.

Pros: It shows you when someone is speaking so you can skip through static. I also like how many different filter options you have available.

Cons: The delay in when the recording is posted seems to vary. Sometimes it may take 45 minutes and other times it seems to take hours. It would be nice to have it as quick as possible and also consistent.

Pros: The thing I like the most is how easy it is to find your call once its uploaded. Its a nice user friendliness software.

Cons: I don't like how I have to wait a couple hours for my calls to get in the system. Other than that its a good software.

Pros: I like that I can access all of my own calls, search for them by keyword of opportunity, or tags that have been applied to calls. Sharing call content and scoring is easy through the platform as well.

Cons: I don't like how not all calls are loading. It seems that the inbound calls have not all been processed as steadily as outbound. Additionally, I don't appreciate that for the error of calls not being labeled, there is finger pointing going on of whose fault this is (Five9, Salesforce, ExecVision... whoever it was, do your job and fix this).

Overall: It's been good so far. I'm working through some features of the program naturally and learning as I go. I don't know where I can see all of my reviewed calls or calls I have highlighted/provided feedback on, but am sure this is accessible somewhere.

Great product, easy to use. LOVE the new fast forward option.

Pros: The new fast forward option. Listening to highlights. How easy it is to search for calls. Easily share and leave comments for feedback!

Cons: The app would be awesome ... if it worked! Can't save calls on the app or even see "shared" calls. It also takes forever to load calls on my phone!

Overall: Managers and coworkers feedback on best and worst calls.

Pros: Being able to filter my reps calls by the disposition of that call so I can review all calls based on their outcome.

Cons: Keeping our call library up to date have been a hard task with such a large inside sales team.

Pros: It is super easy to setup the recordings. The tools on the backend are great to allow a team or manager to provide feedback on an entire call or just parts. It is a great way to learn from mistakes, identify what has been done well and also serves as a way to go back and re-listen to complex deals

Cons: The connector to Salesforce needs some work. Calls can be delayed when syncing or never show up. It can also be clunky and look spammy to any external prospects

Overall: I was able to better learn what I do very well and where I can improve

I use ExecVision every weekday and I find it's a very helpful tool to use at my company.

Pros: ExecVision increased sales capability for research. We were getting great insightful information that gives us the edge over our competition. This leads to additonal sales and improved productivity

Cons: Some users had a hard time adopting to it. The support team had to deal with questions related to the app. Specifically with the initial announcement to our users. We routed our Users to the help page but the feedback that we got is that information in the page is hard to follow or they cannot find what they are looking for.

Pros: It's so easy to share a call for review and document feedback. The ability to leave comments and feedback right at the spot in the call that matters is an improvement over other call review services that only allow you to leave feedback in one spot when the call is over.

Cons: One improvement that could be really nice is the ability to leave a recorded review of the call rather than just having the text option.

Pros: - I can share and comment on every call my team does. The ability to organize a framework and grade each call has been amazing at guiding us where we need the most coaching.

Pros: It's super handy being able to go back and listen to your calls. For training, review, and missing information.

Cons: Most of the time is hard to locate a call that you are looking for. The filters hardly work also.

Pros: Dive deeper into your call recordings, see how talk time can affect call outcome, tag call recordings and even request feedback on calls from your management team or colleagues. Great tool for sharing success calls and sharing best practices. Great training tool and knowledge library for new sales reps as well.

Cons: It takes some time to get familiar with all the capabilities that ExecVision offers. We had a little difficulty getting it off and running with GoTo Meeting, but their support team is great.

Overall: Building a knowledge base, getting feedback on call recordings, studying and using the recordings to become a better sales person.

Pros: The system integrates well with our screen sharing tool (Clearslide) and, assuming you remember to click record in the beginning, you don't have to do anything else to get the call in the system.

Cons: I'm not sure how advanced transcript services are on any software (I know they are rapidly improving), but it would be great to have a better sense as to where we are in the call so I can quickly review the important parts. If you actually use all of the functions properly, you can do a decent job of marking the call up with important sections and key points/comments along the call, but it is just super time consuming. If there was a basic transcript you could use as a guide to bounce around the call, it would save a ton of time.

Overall: It does it's job well - it allows you to share calls with another person for (typically) training purposes.

Pros: I like the intuitive user interface. It takes virtually zero training to learn how to use, because it is not over-cluttered, and has all of the basic functionality that you would desire as an account executive.

Cons: What I like least is the search functionality. I feel like the "contains" search is not robust enough, and I have to get very creative to find particular saved meetings. An improvement in this area would get rid of all aspects that bother me about the software.

Overall: It has helped me get better at selling and has also helped me go back and learn about client's main focuses by listening to their voiced concerns/problems that need to be solved.

It has been great. Really has helped myself and the team improve our calls

Pros: Ability to see the percentages of overall talk time as far as who is speaking. Easy to share calls with other members of the organization

Cons: Some of the features are not that apparent. Hard to tell what certain buttons or functions are without clicking on them.

Pros: Records calls, can share amongst the entire sales floor including managers, allows for commenting and rating so that constructive feedback can be shared, let's you stop-and-go as needed.

Cons: Not very user friendly, at all. The app is bad. Difficult to navigate, even when using keywords when wanting to find a specific call. Sharing capacity isn't very intuitive. Doesn't always sync all the calls, which is horrible when there is an extremely important call that one hoped would be recorded, and wasn't.

Overall: Sharing call recordings, and working with managers to get feedback on how to improve. Also, being able to listen to calls from top performers.

We have been using this for over half a year now. It has been great for development.

Pros: It allows you to input notes at the intervals that you want.. What I like is that it records and uploads calls fairly quickly.

Cons: It doesnt identify what part of the call is what. Ie. hook, pricing, etc. All calls do not sync up with the system.

Pros: It is great to be able to relisten to my calls and be able to skip ahead to certain points if I want to

Cons: It can take up to a few hours or even a full day for me to hear a call that I just recorded. It needs to be much faster, as I have heard there are other softwares that are significantly faster in regards to turn around time on this.

Overall: It helps me perfect my pitch and hear certain things I might have missed when taking notes on a call which is extremely useful.

Pros: This software makes being coached an easy process for both the manager and the sales rep. I have been able to make improvements and get a better understanding of my down falls on a call. I love that I can pick a phrase and execvision will tell me how many times I used it. We can all be better sales people and this tool really helps.

Cons: It seems to take over an hour to load certain conversations. This is a little time consuming for me as I like to go ahead and notate good calls for my manager.

Overall: Overall I would say that if used properly this is a great sales tool.

I use ExecVision to replay my calls and get better with each review.

Pros: The software is really good. I like how you can leave comments on calls as well as highlights. You can leave notes for people reviewing the calls like, objection, intro, push for time, so they can easily find those spots in the call to review.

Cons: I am not sure what I have to say about the software that is bad. Maybe the audio playback? It is tough to hear without headphones, it makes sharing the calls with team members almost impossible without some sort of speakers. But even that is a stretch as being a negative. It is a great software that does a great job.

I am very impressed with the ability to hear my calls.

Pros: The ability to record, coach, and create a library of files to learn from. It certainly makes training and quality control easier.

Cons: I remember at first there were some integration issues, but overall, it's very easy to use. I'm not part of that team, though so I can't add too much more on that.

Overall: I feel like it's super helpful to learn from other account executives as well as from our managers. I know it's also really easy to coach others without having to plan specific times to listen. You can actually select a longer calls to bypass all of the voicemail calls. You can also search by specific topics and create resource libraries.

Pros: ExecVision allows us to establish a platform where (A) we can develop consistent coaching (B) gain insights into those reps that are interested in using that coaching as well as identify those reps that are vested in their own growth by working on their craft.

Cons: Without a soft phone embedded into the CRM the call matching algorithm can be spotty, but this isn't a reason to abort as it still puts you in position to advance your abilities as an organization (it just may not link up with the fields in CRM as much as one would like).

Pros: Ability to review anyones calls, send them out, highlight certain part. Scoring calls to our training is great.

Cons: I think it might be a internet connection problem on our end, or something with our upload server with Outreach but Execvision can be really slow and completely unusable but only about 10% of the time.

Overall: Great training benefits, if your team isn't listening to calls, get Execvision and start transforming your call quality

Pros: I love how easily I can view phone calls. My own and other people from my company. My productivity improved drastically after I can hear myself and learn from what I hear. Their service is fantastic. They are proactive in reaching out to us and making it clear that it's for our benefit. I can even listen to it with my handy dandy smart phone!

Cons: I love everything about it. Simplicity is key here. The only thing that makes me go is the price. I also don't use it that much as I expected too. But I need to discipline myself to do this.

Pros: you can break down the call for each part of your specific call framework. e.g. where was the value pitch? did the ADM, BDR, AE acknowledge the prospects concerns before moving on?

Cons: the user interface isn't as intuitive as it could be. I wish there were more tabs on the left hand side to access. It may take more time using to feel more comfortable/a sense of familiarity with locating things.

Pros: It allows real time adjustments for improving sales quality over phone, this is the most impressive feature about the product. overall a good product for companies heavily relying on cold calling for driving sales. But there are other products in the market which help with similar functionality at cheaper prices.

Cons: The price and engagement models can be lower. Also the quality of reporting across the product is somewhat sluggish and rigid.

Overall: its a good product, seek a trial and sign a contract only when you see it working for you.

Pros: I love the ability to easily manage my reps and comment/highlight their calls. It's a great tool to critique outbound calls.

Cons: The software kicks me out of calls sometimes or the tracker won't move when the call is being played. Other than that I enjoy the software.

Overall: My SDRs send me calls at the end of each week. I have them make comments 1st and then I will listen and make comments to see how they compare. We discuss in our 1:1s. Over each week I can here my reps taking my feedback and critiquing their calls over time. It's a very good managing tool. Very easy to use and configure.

Cons: I wish there was a way to send an actual link to the phone call through Execvision. Pros: I enjoy being able to review each of my calls for improvement and key takeaways. This is an excellent tool for sales teams to constantly refine their process.

Cons: I think that we need to include two-way call recording for full effect. Also, the tracking in salesforce should be more seamless.

Pros: I'm able to discuss with my peers about my calls and get feedback. It has helped me grow as a salesman because I'm able to listen to my tone, amongst other things.

Cons: The only thing I would change is make the operating system a little easier to navigate and find calls. Maybe add an algorithm to give end users that ability to find calls faster

Overall: the benefits is the ability to listen and review calls with your peers as previously said. I use execvision at least once a week to review how I'm sounding when talking to prospects.

Pros: How many times have you wanted to listen to a conversation with a client and know that you could improve to concerte the sale of your system, product or service, this is possible with this fantastic tool, you can record your conversations and learn from them, improving sharing with your team to plan strategies to improve sales, plan new strategies and teach them to the whole team, a very useful tool to improve and teach many aspects of your company.

Cons: Maybe there are team members who do not like to record their conversations because they think it is something private, you should try to understand that it is for the good of the team and is made to improve and learn from everyone.

Overall: It is fantastic to be able to listen to your sales conversations to learn and improve your methods, this can be done as a team or by yourself, you will improve every day more.

Pros: Being able to listen to myself and correct speech patterns. Also, it helps me listen better to the other person on the phone to make sure I didn't miss something.

Cons: It can be frustrating navigating through the software options and tasks. It would be more familiar if I used it daily instead of once a week.

Overall: Sometimes it is fun and sometimes it is a chore finding the call I wish to share with my manager. We are always on the phone and it takes some time to navigate the tasks. Overall I would rate the experience an 7.

Pros: Pretty straightforward, like that I can listen to anyone's calls, and love the small features to create snippets and specify places to listen to

Cons: I can't search for specific phone calls with keywords all that well, the lists are a bit unintuitive for me personally, I wouldn't consider myself a techy kind of dude so the simpler the better for me

Overall: Got to listen to my calls, request feedback from managers and peers, and was able to listen to other peoples calls to continue to perfect my craft as a salesman

Pros: The software lives up to the promises and the features work as they should. Overall, intuitive and easy to use.

Cons: There's a couple features I;d like to see added in. First, it would be great to have a transcription feature. Second, and this may be in the works as well, is a link to download content from Exec vision directly to CRM systems. Third, I think the interface for marking up calls could be a little smoother.

Overall: Overall a great tool for information capture and sales coaching.

Pros: I like that you're able to filter calls and review all call connects to review- provide comments and feedback at specific points of the call.

Call review library is helpful for ongoing training and also for new hires to listen to live calls.

Cons: I'm not able to pull a call recording link straight from the platform- I've already talked to our CSM about this.

Overall: ExecVision has helped with allowing sales managers to provide feedback even if they're not on the call with their reps.

Execvision does not track every call.

Pros: The system is very easy to navigate and user friendly. In most cases, it is fairly easy to find a call when listed correctly in the system. The features available to annotate and comment on each call are very helpful and make it easy to share calls with colleagues and management.

Cons: It does not track all of my calls and occasionally doesn't include a title or relevant name, it will just list "call" instead.

Overall: Ability to send and receive feedback on particular calls.

Pros: Audio quality is decent, like having different voices in different earphones. The premise of this software is good.

Cons: Can't pull up calls I want, search functionality feels limited, loading time is often quite erratic and some crashing happens.

Hard to use and segment calls, honestly not much use because I can't hear the other side of calls.

Cons: I think it's very invasive and most of my recordings are myself breathing or being turned down. I understand that has nothing to do with you, but again, it's not adding value to my calls. Each time my team gets together to review the calls it take about 15- 20 minutes to actually get into the platform and access the data. Then we spent 30 minutes sorting through awkward breathing and singing to yourself calls until we find something decent.

Overall: Nothing, I think its weird
