Pros: It shows you when someone is speaking so you can skip through static. I also like how many different filter options you have available.

Cons: The delay in when the recording is posted seems to vary. Sometimes it may take 45 minutes and other times it seems to take hours. It would be nice to have it as quick as possible and also consistent.

Pros: I love its functionality to listen to calls, score them, share them, store them, etc that all is great. I love the idea of percentages of who is talking in the conversation. It truly is great to listen to calls, have them in a software and be able to pause/score them. It is a great idea!!

Cons: The information is inaccurate and disorganized. I can never find the calls that I want - not labeled correctly or easy to find. I really hate how I go to find a call and it is labeled wrong and I am unable to search it. Nothing is easily accessible or organized for the user to use easily. It takes FOREVER to find your call. I should be able to search it, be labeled correctly and see it there.

Overall: I am able to listen to my calls, review them for personal and professional growth. I love being able to listen to my calls for training purposes and be able to hear what I can do better. I love being able to listen to get better. I am also able to utilize it as a tool to confirm information.

Pros: I enjoy being able to review each of my calls for improvement and key takeaways. This is an excellent tool for sales teams to constantly refine their process.

Cons: I think that we need to include two-way call recording for full effect. Also, the tracking in salesforce should be more seamless.

Pros: ExecVision is useful for listening to personal calls and peer calls to identify areas of improvement in conversations with prospects.

Cons: It is hard to sort through 100's of calls to find actual phone conversations with prospects. There are a silent recordings from working through phone trees and conversations with receptionists. In addition, recording is only available on my end and not prospect is not recorded. This makes it difficult to analyze the full call.

Pros: I like the ease of use of the product and being able to highlight and quickly annotate which parts of a call recording to focus on. Requesting and giving feedback on calls is relatively quick and easy to do.

Cons: There have been occasions where only some parts of the call were transmitted over to ExecVision. If a prospect's voice is similar to yours, it can't distinguish who is who; sometimes it will overlap.

Game changing tool for two way accountability between the employee and the employer.

Pros: ExecVision allows us to establish a platform where (A) we can develop consistent coaching (B) gain insights into those reps that are interested in using that coaching as well as identify those reps that are vested in their own growth by working on their craft.

Cons: Without a soft phone embedded into the CRM the call matching algorithm can be spotty, but this isn't a reason to abort as it still puts you in position to advance your abilities as an organization (it just may not link up with the fields in CRM as much as one would like).

Overall: Two way accountability.

Pros: I lke that the software is easy to use. I really enjoy the transcript feature to see how many umms I make.

Cons: It's just hard to understand where anything is. I can't find my recording in the first 24 hours which stinks.

Pros: Being able to share calls with colleagues with easy ways to make notes. It's quick and easy to download calls and videos.

Cons: The restrictions with the password for one's login is abnormally difficult. It makes changing your password very challenging. I've never seen a more rigorous password system before and I'm including my online banking.

Overall: Being able to learn from my calls from listening to demos/calls while also receiving tips by sharing them with my peers and management.

Given the competitive space of this type of platform, it's fairly basic.

Pros: Making my reps listen to their calls. I have a team down in LA that I'm not able to dedicate enough attention to, and this helps me hold them accountable.

Cons: It's probably our fault with the type of VOIP we use, but the system has a hard time recognizing words and phrases. Also, there is no AI to send reps calls to break down, like I have seen with other software. Now, again, I'm sure our VOIP system may limit what we can do, but given that it does, I find that other than just making my reps listen to their calls, I don't see much more value out of it than when I just listen to calls.

Cons: User experience, the calls are not really prioritize. Seems hard to find a specific call. The phone app terrible

Pros: great for training yourself to do better on future calls. Allowing for a constant capacity to ameliorate oneself.

Cons: The only thing I can think of is perhaps having a little "?" near all the different buttons that briefly explain what they are used for and how to use them correctly.

Pros: Sharing capabilities for reviews to colleagues. It's nice to have others review your calls, mark certain areas for improvement during the call and label areas where they see as good and/or bad.

Cons: The manual nature of sharing calls. Depends on others for feedback, which requires time. It would be nice if calls over a certain time would be automatically pushed to some kind of feed for review.

Overall: If you are proactive, and have the time to seek review it is a powerful tool.

Pros: cloud-based, tools to help highlight and make comments on calls, share calls with the team, integration with Zoom

Cons: I wish there was a way to send an actual link to the phone call through Execvision. Examples: sometimes I need to pull up a call in a conference room or via email, and getting a quick link is sometimes more convenient than pulling up the app or logging. Also would like to see if it is possible to cut a certain snippet of a call (versus just highlighting a section).

Overall: see my talking versus my customer's talk time

Execvision does a great job of fulfilling its promise as call-coaching software for sales teams.

Pros: I really like how I'm able to highlight specific sections of the call to get feedback on from my managers. If I thought a particular portion went really well or really poorly, I can pick that part out to get the coaching I need to get better at my job.

Cons: The filters on the side are a bit cluttered. They're really powerful and once you get your head wrapped around them, they're incredibly useful. That said, it's a pretty steep climb in figuring out how to take full advantage of them.

It's been solid so far.

Pros: Software is valuable. You can "paint" over specific areas of a call and add comments that make call reviews much more organized, efficient, and educational

Cons: Does not have a transcript feature that captures language and recognizes words. Not very automated - user must go in and listen to the call in full to figure out where things were said.

Pros: ExecVision is an easy product to use. I like how it integrates into Salesforce. The ability to highlight a section of the call or video is helpful and sharing those sections with team members or back to customers is helpful in the process. It is a great tool to be able to go back and review important conversations during the sales process.

Cons: I wish that you could label the call after it is recorded and uploaded. It just displays a call and you can't change it. Once you have a lot of calls in your library this becomes an issue. Also, the upload times can be slow, especially if it is a video like Zoom.

Pros: the ability to share calls, provide feedback and actual examples to my team to help grow and develop. Collaborate with management team and share notes

Cons: There are a lot of "almost awesome" features. For example: showing percentage of talk times from our reps vs clients kind of works, if it was really accurate it would be amazing. I cannot edit and customize the call title in the software to be able to quickly reference which client the call was with. Overall it is helpful, do I think it still needs some enhancements for functionality and use, yes. The usability is definitely the biggest hindrance to me using the software more.

Overall: Being able to record and listen to my teams sales calls and provide feedback.

Execvision does not track every call.

Pros: The system is very easy to navigate and user friendly. In most cases, it is fairly easy to find a call when listed correctly in the system. The features available to annotate and comment on each call are very helpful and make it easy to share calls with colleagues and management.

Cons: It does not track all of my calls and occasionally doesn't include a title or relevant name, it will just list "call" instead.

Overall: Ability to send and receive feedback on particular calls.

Pros: i can listen to calls. and it does a good job in terms of functionality. I like how you can fast forward calls.

Cons: sometimes its a pain to log in and you have to hit forgot password. You also can only listen to your end of calls which makes it lack clarity.

Pros: Ease of use. Very easy to just get in and listen to your calls or anyone else on your team. Also easy to review calls with your manager.

Cons: Only records one side of calls as of now but I think that's going to be changing soon. Don't like how it can record any side conversation you're having.

Pros: Helps me learn what I am doing wrong so I can improve, also allows me to share it with my manager so he can provide valuable insights

Cons: Sometimes I have trouble with highlighting certain parts of the call because the dragging is a bit clunky.

Pros: Easy to share calls with colleagues and request feedback. Picks up and counts keywords used during the call.

Cons: 100% of calls aren't logged for some reason. When selecting different links while the page is still loading creates a super lag.

Cons: I think it's very invasive and most of my recordings are myself breathing or being turned down. I understand that has nothing to do with you, but again, it's not adding value to my calls. Each time my team gets together to review the calls it take about 15- 20 minutes to actually get into the platform and access the data. Then we spent 30 minutes sorting through awkward breathing and singing to yourself calls until we find something decent.

Overall: Nothing, I think its weird

It's been great so far, looking forward to more features down the road.

Pros: I like the ability to do advanced searches as well as the comment/share feature. It helps our team with coaching and trying new things.

Cons: Only thing is the amount of time it takes to be able to hear it in ExecVision. I am use to hanging up the phone and being able to hear it right away.

Pros: It easily allows me to pick any call (inbound or outbound) that I made on any day to listen, comment, critique and send to anyone inside or outside of my company to review. We use this on a daily basis to coach our team on phone techniques. It makes our team feel way more comfortable than having management listen in on live calls as they dial!

Cons: I am not sure if this is necessarily a big deal, but we wish we were notified every time enhancements were made to the software. Sometimes changes will be made without us knowing what is new or how to use the new features. Again, not a big deal and not something we are going to lose any sleep over. Execvision is well worth it!

Overall: Able to easily and effortlessly record all calls that are taken inbound and made outbound. Can listen to those calls, review them, make comments on them and share them with people both inside and outside my company.

ExecVision is outstanding! I started using it at my new job as a Market Research Specialist!

Pros: It's very easy to use, and it is a very useful tool to critique my day performance at my profession!

Cons: There isn't a whole lot that I dislike about it , though a few more editing tools couldn't hurt, but it's essentially fine the way it is!

Pros: Customer support representative was an amazing trainer. Without her thorough training, I would have been super overwhelmed with the interface. Very impressed with the Execvision customer service!

Cons: Without proper training, the interface is a bit overwhelming and confusing. I missed the first 5 minutes of my training and felt a bit behind. Luckily the program is rather simple once you get adjusted!

Pros: My reps can proactively listen to their calls and highlight areas they want to review (the good, bad, and ugly). This helps direct my time effectively so I don't have to spend hours reviewing their calls. We sit down, listen, and provide feedback. A painless process where the reps are eager to get feedback and improve.

Cons: Highlighting is intuitive, but when you actually write feedback it's just a little clunky - but it works. Really a minor thing. Great application.

Overall: Increase the efficiency in which I'm able to coach and provide feedback to my team. Through automating the call review and coaching process.

Pros: What i like most is the visual audio of the conversation of the conversation so i can quickly jump to specific areas of the call

Cons: The delay time in calls saving to system, often i need to jump in quickly and the 15 minute delay sometimes can be an issue.

Pros: The measurements of talk time are very interesting and the ability to see what others think of my skills.

Cons: Search functions have a tendency to be inconsistent which can be take time out of being productive in other formats. The response load time can be very challenging as well.

Pros: It's fairly easy to use. Also captures important metrics like how many times I utilize particular words/phrases. I also like how I can see how much I am speaking during the call vs. my prospect. It's fairly easy to share and listen to other people's calls as well, so it's a good way for our firm to create best practices and review with a group.

Cons: I think you may have recently changed this but previously you could only upload wav files, making it difficult to convert calls that weren't recorded initially using the software. Not too many complaints from me overall, though, from a functionality and usability stand point.

Overall: It's easy to fall into a rut and be unaware of bad habits you've developed over time that you are using day in and day out. EV allows me to recognize what I'm doing well/wrong and make tweaks to my pitches/call delivery to be more effective.

Its nice to have a library of calls automatically recorded, with easy to use interface

Pros: The user interface is simple to use, with ton of features to take notes, get feedback, and learn from your sales calls. Very helpful tool if you are in sales.

Cons: The integration with sales-force could be better. The calls don't sync very often, and you need to manual match calls with leads.

Pros: Its simple to use and allows me to learn from my mistakes. We use this tool every week and nearly everyday for our call reviews and it has really helped my close rates as I am able to see where I have little flaws.

Cons: I'd like it to be a bit easier to comment directly on areas in the call that I'd like. Other than that, I don't have too many cons to report!

Overall: Learning and growing in our trade. Great tool to be able to copy the right cat and pick up nuances from others sales people.

Cons: I can't listen to my calls in the app unless I enter my password each time (can't do while driving)

Pros: ExecVision increased sales capability for research. We were getting great insightful information that gives us the edge over our competition. This leads to additonal sales and improved productivity

Cons: Some users had a hard time adopting to it. The support team had to deal with questions related to the app. Specifically with the initial announcement to our users. We routed our Users to the help page but the feedback that we got is that information in the page is hard to follow or they cannot find what they are looking for.

Overall: Great insights!

Pros: Being able to listen to prior cold calls I have made and learn from them. Also love that my manager has the ability to listen to them as well, giving me feedback from a different point of view.

Cons: That we aren't able to record the entire phone conversation. It would be beneficial to hear what the person on the other end of the line is saying as well.

Overall: Enables better cold calling skills as it relates to objections.

Pros: Audio quality is decent, like having different voices in different earphones. The premise of this software is good.

Pros: Functionality is great, and very collaborative. I enjoy getting feedback on my own calls, and am learning a lot from listening to calls from my peers.

Pros: I like the way the conversations are broken up, how you are able to see when you're talking too much and what the potential for personal improvement is.

Cons: I would love to see the content better organized with options for date, time and less of the randomness on how you see the calls. Having to go and submit the call numbers is difficult if you don't take the extra step to write down the number at the time of the call.

Overall: A truer picture of how I come across to potential clients.

Pros: I like the ability to quickly and clearly annotate and share calls with my team. My calls sync quickly and I can review calls in close to real-time.

Cons: The highlight/comment functions are a little clunky. I'd like to be able to move the pop up box on the screen. It would also be great if I could pause the call while writing a comment or highlight.

Overall: We share calls within our team to better refine best practices. I get better on my calls and more quickly deliver value to my accounts based off of the feedback this software facilitates.

Pros: Able to have a word count, great for evaluating your performance and where you can improve and having others leave comments for you to view to see their opinion on how to improve.

Cons: Software is a little chaotic probably due to the amount of calls being recorded, sometimes its hard to find specific calls.

Overall: Being able to hear yourself speak after the call is a great and tool to improve your craft.

Pros: Super useful for getting coaching feedback, sharing calls with the team, etc. I LOVE the feature that allows you to search for certain words in the call really helps eliminate 'filler' words from your sales calls.

Cons: The search functionality could be stronger. Sometimes the software doesn't recognize two different voices on the call.

Overall: Great for call coaching. Coaches can give feedback asynchronously, which is great if they have tons of people to give feedback too.

Pros: I like all the different filtering options and its very easy to use. I also like how easy it is to share your calls.

Cons: The upload time. If I make a call in the morning, it usually is not loaded until end of day. I know our company is large so a lot of calls are submitted, so I am not sure if that is the reason.

Pros: It's so easy to share a call for review and document feedback. The ability to leave comments and feedback right at the spot in the call that matters is an improvement over other call review services that only allow you to leave feedback in one spot when the call is over.

Cons: One improvement that could be really nice is the ability to leave a recorded review of the call rather than just having the text option.

Pros: I've enjoyed how ExecVision has been teaching tool and allowed me to hone on my skills. I also enjoy how ExecVision allows our organization to share success and not so successful calls with one another as teaching lessons.

Cons: When I find one I will answer this question. I have not been using ExecVision longer enough to find a flaw or a feature I don't like or can't find any use for. Therefore, this would have to be considered another positive until I feel I am without functionality or feature.

Overall: Valuable teaching tool

Pros: It's easy to filter by filler words, and highlight key areas to share with others. The aesthetic is clean and simple, so it isn't overwhelming to use.

Cons: Sometimes the search isn't accurate/comprehensive -- for instance, I'll look for a name or business, and it won't come up. Or if I filter by "feedback requested" is isn't always comprehensive.

It has always been easy and hassle free to listen to calls.

Pros: I really like that it allows me to listen to my old calls and judge the calls based on the category I put it into.

Cons: Sometimes it takes awhile to find the calls from day. Meaning it is hard to find calls that happened earlier in the day - it just takes time to load.

Overall: I get the opportunity to listen to my calls and score them to see if I am doing a good or bad job and can see what I can work on.

Pros: I have found it to be very useful for self development and training. being able to hear coworkers calls helps

Cons: It can be cumbersome to find previous calls from weeks before. if they were able to weed out calls that were just automated systems it would be wonderful

Pros: I can listen to calls, but cannot listen to calls that have been shared with me for training purposes.

Cons: The software is not user-friendly, and consistently takes too long to listen to your calls. One should be able to listen to their calls in real-time to have adjustment or learning options.

Overall: I am able to listen to my calls.

Pros: Ability to review anyones calls, send them out, highlight certain part. Scoring calls to our training is great.

Cons: I think it might be a internet connection problem on our end, or something with our upload server with Outreach but Execvision can be really slow and completely unusable but only about 10% of the time.

Overall: Great training benefits, if your team isn't listening to calls, get Execvision and start transforming your call quality

Pros: Ability to score each call and use search words to find out how frequently you are repeating words and phrases.

Cons: Being forced to use it at work to help our call quality. I do not enjoy listening to the own sound of my voice.

Overall: More success at my job.

Pros: Customer Service; Call scoring; Ease of putting into library. I've been at other companies that try to build a call library and it's never really happened. With EV, anyone can do it so it's super easy and adds lots of value.

Cons: Provisioning accounts is the biggest pain point. Have to sync outreach and SalesForce every time we get a new hire.

Great way to listen to myself and easy to capture particular sections of a call that I want feedback

Pros: Pretty straightforward, like that I can listen to anyone's calls, and love the small features to create snippets and specify places to listen to

Cons: I can't search for specific phone calls with keywords all that well, the lists are a bit unintuitive for me personally, I wouldn't consider myself a techy kind of dude so the simpler the better for me

Overall: Got to listen to my calls, request feedback from managers and peers, and was able to listen to other peoples calls to continue to perfect my craft as a salesman

Execvision has been great for recording calls to listen back to and learn about what I can fix

Pros: It is very easy to use, as long as you remember to record. The markup and library features are also great. It is also nice to be able to password and length protect calls that are shared

Cons: The emails that get sent when you share a call look just like SPAM. Also the sync back to CRM is not very good so things get lost or misdocumented

Overall: Mainly just being able to review and re listen to important things that came up in the call

Great. I am fairly new to the program, however it's proven to be extremely useful in my success

Pros: I like how you can go back and listen to anyone's call...not just your own. I also love the feature to score, grade and make note of certain time frames

Cons: I do not like how sometimes my calls recordings sound extremely fuzzy. It has gotten to the point where I can't even hear the 2 voices on the phone because the buzzing is so loud.

Pros: The ability to record my sales calls and demos. Enables me to never miss a beat or a piece of information from the call. It also allows me to focus on the call itself instead of taking copious notes

Cons: I cannot upload recorded demos that are 1 hour or longer. Customer support is spotty and lags in response time.

Pros: It is a great sales key. The tool is used in my company for quality assurance as well as coaching. I love it. It helps me be a better sales person.

Cons: I wish that I could listen to some of my calls that are less than 1 and a half minutes. I get denied sometimes and I would like to hear those calls as well.

Pros: ability to dive deep into calls and really go line by line of how I can apply it to calls moving forward

Cons: the time for a call to be up;oaded to very long and sometimes have to wait a whole day to review a call.

Pros: I love being able to go back and see where I could improve on my calls. It is awesome to also listen to other employees calls for ideas and feedback

Cons: Really not much I can complain about with the software. I guess I wish it would record a little sooner so I could listen to it as soon as I finish the call.
