Pros

I love the editing and scoring capabilities within execvision. It's great to receive feedback and then give feedback where needed.

Cons

I wish that I could see my scores before scoring myself. It wastes time if I'm not interested in grading myself.

i liked it initially, then saw many flaws that were being addressed and fixed, however they took way too long to fix, and the communication from the support team was very delayed

Pros

THe ability to listen to your calls real time is great. Collaborate about your calls with your peers and see the interaction line bars between both callers

Cons

there were a lot of problems for a while with CAS and Execvision. Seems like many of them have FINALLY been resolved. It was a big letdown in the beginning. Maybe too late.

I like the ability to speed up the call to quickly move through the scoring. I also like how you can comment on a particular section

Cons

The highlighting and commenting tools are a little tough. Makes it hard to easily comment in the exact section that you want to highlight/comment

Pros

Easy to share calls with colleagues and request feedback. Picks up and counts keywords used during the call.

Cons

100% of calls aren't logged for some reason. When selecting different links while the page is still loading creates a super lag.

Nothing, I think its weird

Cons

I think it's very invasive and most of my recordings are myself breathing or being turned down. I understand that has nothing to do with you, but again, it's not adding value to my calls. Each time my team gets together to review the calls it take about 15- 20 minutes to actually get into the platform and access the data. Then we spent 30 minutes sorting through awkward breathing and singing to yourself calls until we find something decent.

I coached reps from just a regular call recording (wave file) in the past and ExecVision has changed my work life for the better because of their tool. I save time, my reps are happier with the coacxhing and they are improving everyday.

Pros

The best part of the software is that the rep listens and notates their call. It's easy to use; simple and direct. I continue to learn new things about the software as I work with the team at ExecVision.

Cons

I found one thing that I didn't like and the team is already addressing it.

the tool so far seems like it has very good ease of use and the integration with SalesLoft works well

Cons

the tool records voicemails from SalesLoft that should not be recorded...we need to be able to distinguish is not a real conversation

Ability to send and receive feedback on particular calls.

Pros

The system is very easy to navigate and user friendly. In most cases, it is fairly easy to find a call when listed correctly in the system. The features available to annotate and comment on each call are very helpful and make it easy to share calls with colleagues and management.

Cons

It does not track all of my calls and occasionally doesn't include a title or relevant name, it will just list "call" instead.

I like that I can search by phone number, if I ever forget what I talked about I can refer back to execvision. The options to filter and so helpful!

Cons

There are a few features that I wish were there, but they are on the roadmap and I am excited for the launch!

Pros

ExecVision goes above and beyond by helping us with use case ideas, it's not just a software app.

Cons

Setting up the plugin to ConnectAndSell took a few months, but now it's done and ready for others!

Pros

I like that it integrates with Salesforce and forces you to record and your manager to coach since there's accountability on both sides

Cons

I can't listen to my calls in the app unless I enter my password each time (can't do while driving) I can't listen to my calls in the app unless my phone is unlocked so it pauses every 5 minutes

Cons

I like the ability to comment and highlight areas in the call where you can identify where you want feedback. I also like the ability to share specific calls with specific people for feedback.

Cons

email notifications you receive for call review does not take you to the specific call. Takes you to a list of calls.

Easy tool to record, track and maintain calls. We can also share and review it .Thumbs up!!

Pros

One of the good optimization tool . I have seen my company using it for around 6 months now. It helps a lot in coaching by assembling all calls at one place. It helps a lot in increasing the productivity of the team. I have seen a lot of growth in sales and marketing after using this software.

Cons

Cant think of any strong cons as of now. So far this software is good to go. Howevere i would have prefer if the search criteria could be more stronger.

Pros

Our ability to leave notes at the key moments of the call with highlights is very helpful for improvement. I also like that it sends them an email notification of the feedback.

Cons

I have not come across any major issues yet. I could be wrong, but perhaps the feedback email to employee could be faster. I believe it takes twenty to thirty minutes for the feedback email to land in the employees inbox.
