Pros

Customer support representative was an amazing trainer. Without her thorough training, I would have been super overwhelmed with the interface. Very impressed with the Execvision customer service!

Cons

Without proper training, the interface is a bit overwhelming and confusing. I missed the first 5 minutes of my training and felt a bit behind. Luckily the program is rather simple once you get adjusted!

Pros

I like how easy it is to use Execvision and be able to mark up a call with different feedback and highlights. Also, we use other tools outside of Execvision and I like being able to upload calls into the tool.

Cons

Sometimes there are bugs within the software that allows calls not to be uploaded. The customer support team isn't always the most helpful with figuring out how to troubleshoot the issues.

Pros

It gives the ability for my managers and colleagues to listen to my calls so we can compare the feedback given from one specific call. It's also a helpful tool to see if there are trends within each call that can improvements can be made.

Cons

It was a little navigating the tool at first, but after playing around with it, it's definitely an easy and interactive tool.

Entire support team, the level of professionalism is second to none...

Pros

Ease of use... sign in review a few calls,send feedback... and the AE's really like the tool as well... nice way to open up critical dialogue among the team.

Cons

does not track multiple parties. we often have multiple people attend the calls from the prospect side and the software does not account for that

Being able to record and listen to my teams sales calls and provide feedback.

Pros

the ability to share calls, provide feedback and actual examples to my team to help grow and develop. Collaborate with management team and share notes

Cons

There are a lot of "almost awesome" features. For example: showing percentage of talk times from our reps vs clients kind of works, if it was really accurate it would be amazing. I cannot edit and customize the call title in the software to be able to quickly reference which client the call was with. Overall it is helpful, do I think it still needs some enhancements for functionality and use, yes. The usability is definitely the biggest hindrance to me using the software more.

great for training yourself to do better on future calls. Allowing for a constant capacity to ameliorate oneself.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is perhaps having a little "?" near all the different buttons that briefly explain what they are used for and how to use them correctly.

Pros

Overall audio quality, ability to leave notes, and the ability to easily share calls with others. I like that calls can be categorized into separate areas.

Cons

The time it takes for a call to be uploaded and processed so that it can be reviewed can be in excess of 24 hours.

Pros

Easy for reps to critique themselves and also for managers to coach up each call. It has helped my reps become much more confident on their calls.

Cons

Some of the calls just show up in Execvision as "Call" and doesn't include all the information. I know this is due to an update in SalesLoft, it's the only Con I have.

It can be cumbersome to find previous calls from weeks before. if they were able to weed out calls that were just automated systems it would be wonderful

So easy and user friendly. Makes sense and gets you where you need to be with east. Also, so easy to notate calls, and the tools are the first of their kind I've seen in this space.

Cons

None so far. Was worried that there would be hoops to jump through to find what you are looking for, but not the case.

Love how it highlights the activity of both sides of the conversation - easily shows how the convo flowed and or if it was dominated by either party, the scorecard is great for training.

sometimes the calls did not load from salesforce or there was a lag

What i like most is the visual audio of the conversation of the conversation so i can quickly jump to specific areas of the call

Cons

The delay time in calls saving to system, often i need to jump in quickly and the 15 minute delay sometimes can be an issue.

Search functions have a tendency to be inconsistent which can be take time out of being productive in other formats. The response load time can be very challenging as well.

Pros

I used ExecVision the first two weeks of my training for my new role and it helped tremendously. The tool is super easy to use and I like the fact that you can go back to a previous call and listen to it over and over again.

Cons

That everyone on your team has access to listen to your calls, I think it would be better if you had a private folder and a shared folder you could save the calls to.

Pros

What I like about ExecVision is the ability to easily listen to calls, take notes during the calls through comments or highlighting certain areas, then grade them. It works well as a tool to review your personal calls or to coach yourself up by learning from peers. Being able to see how long each person spoke was key for me to gauge when I need to listen more vs. when I should interject.

Cons

It is not always the easiest tool to navigate, depending on what other sales tools it is pulling data from. I sometimes find myself messing around in the advanced search bars longer than necessary, ultimately wasting some time.

The ability to review calls and leave detailed comments. I like that specific calls can be flagged for review.

Cons

How confusing it is to filter calls, it just seems more difficult than it should be. Some of the categories do not make sense

Pros

I enjoy being able to hear both sides of the call and being able to make comments and to use the scorecard.

Cons

I would like to be able to edit the call - remove silent parts etc. Also, to be able to move them into categories that I can choose.
