It is fantastic to be able to listen to your sales conversations to learn and improve your methods, this can be done as a team or by yourself, you will improve every day more.

Pros

How many times have you wanted to listen to a conversation with a client and know that you could improve to concerte the sale of your system, product or service, this is possible with this fantastic tool, you can record your conversations and learn from them, improving sharing with your team to plan strategies to improve sales, plan new strategies and teach them to the whole team, a very useful tool to improve and teach many aspects of your company.

Cons

Maybe there are team members who do not like to record their conversations because they think it is something private, you should try to understand that it is for the good of the team and is made to improve and learn from everyone.

Overall a great tool for information capture and sales coaching.

Pros

The software lives up to the promises and the features work as they should. Overall, intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

There's a couple features I;d like to see added in. First, it would be great to have a transcription feature. Second, and this may be in the works as well, is a link to download content from Exec vision directly to CRM systems. Third, I think the interface for marking up calls could be a little smoother.

Pros

I like that you can go in and listen to the calls that you have made and in the case of sales the people that have declined your invitations, you can go in and see what you would need to change. You can also make comments on the calls and rate yourself with a survey. You are also allowed to send other users your calls for their review and critiques.

Cons

Sometimes it takes too long to load or when you are on the site it will kick you out when you select a call.

Exec Vision allowed me to flourish as a sales proffessional - It takes time to break down calls by the anatomy of the call, also allowed me to insert notes and find buzz words I could potentially cut out of my sales pitch. Overall - the tool was extremely helpful when it came to bettering myself as a sales professional.

Pros

I liked that features that allows me to label my phone call - Allows you to break down phone calls part by part.

Cons

The only problem I had was that certain phone calls were not available in the Execvision portal.

Pros

The product is really user friendly. The buttons and navigation of the website is smooth. Also, it's easy to share with managers and co-workers who score calls

Cons

Sometimes it takes a while to refresh the page and will pop up with no calls when using the advanced search function.

Pros

I like that calls can be broken down and dissected for providing feedback easily. You can see talk time percentages which is a great feature to visualize for new or struggling reps. The searchable filters are great for easily identifying calls based on specific criteria.

Cons

There really aren't too many cons. One thing that would be cool to see is you you could label the colors in the tool so all reps know what color of which to the call is related.

ExecVision has helped with allowing sales managers to provide feedback even if they're not on the call with their reps.

Pros

I like that you're able to filter calls and review all call connects to review- provide comments and feedback at specific points of the call. Call review library is helpful for ongoing training and also for new hires to listen to live calls.

Cons

I'm not able to pull a call recording link straight from the platform- I've already talked to our CSM about this.

Improving my demo, reducing the amount of times I interrupt a client & allowing me to see a transcript of the calls is very helpful

Pros

It is extremely easy to use, I turn on my zoom meeting and the recording begins - the next day the call shows up in my ExecVision calls - with a transcript, a recording and a breakdown of the conversation

Cons

I wish the calls appeared quicker in the "my calls" section. I find myself waiting to review the call. Transcripts are clunky some times

My team's performance has improved considerably with the call coaching sessions that have been tailored by the ExecVision recorded call and scorecard system. The creation of a best practice Library is going to provide our success rates to improve considerably.

Pros

The ability to scorecard each call and review only selected portions of the call with notes is a great time saver.

Cons

Nothing about the software; the states that require 2 party recording consent limits it's ease of use across all 50 states.

Pros

I like the UI and the ability to share calls with colleages. I also like the ability to see how much talking I've done vs my prospect. That way I can tailor my calls to do less talking and more asking.

Cons

I would like it if I could add in contacts and emails of those who aren't users of the software. This would be useful when sharing calls with Account Executives so I don't have to type in their email every time I want to share the call.

Our team has used it at various times and to differing degrees of success; currently some of our heaviest usage is by fellow direct sales leaders, and we are starting to see more value from the tool due to the ability to come together as a team and reflect on highs and lows of various outbound call discussions. We are able to work as a team to think more deeply about how content is positioned and how questions and hurdles are addressed so as to be more prepared for future discussions with each future prospect.

Pros

It enables call recording and readily accessible sharing of relevant call data for sales teams.

Cons

It's simply not a tool that I utilize as much as others in our company because it is better suited to business development metrics.

The executive has been amazing to work with and makes implementing the program a breeze. It was her who sold me on the product and she continues to support me. In addition the ease of use is a great feature.

Pros

I most appreciate the visibility I have into what coaching my mangers are providing their reps. I know how often they are coaching calls and what they are coaching to on the call.

Cons

I am still rather new to the software so it's hard to know what I don't like.

Overall it has been a great coaching tool when working with coworkers and management. I am new as far as my experience with ExecVision but I'm liking it more and more each day.

Pros

I love the ease of use. I can locate calls easily to review. I'm able to log notes and highlight key areas of calls without having to listen to the whole call multiple times. It is great for a corporate setting.

Cons

Sometimes it can take a few minutes for calls to show up in the log.

Aside for minor techinical issues, I enjoy ExecVision.

Pros

The ability to self-critique and share with managers for a clearer understanding of how far off your understanding of a sales process you are.

Cons

I can't get the Execvision tab in Salesforce to work. It only loads a blank page. I have to go to the website directly to access my recordings and often have to enter my login information several times before I get access.

The interface is intuitive and easy to use, is also really helpful to ask for feedback from supervisor remote from the front end.

Cons

It would be helpful if libraries were more organizable to group worst/best calls for reflection and a native app to listen on the go would be wonderful as well.

execvison promotes transparency across the entire sales team. Love how easy it is to be able to pull up either one of my calls or a a team members call. Great for learning and coaching and braking down calls into segments to focus on. Lately we have been using color codes in our comments to identify different ares in a call.

Pros

I can listen to calls, but cannot listen to calls that have been shared with me for training purposes.

Cons

The software is not user-friendly, and consistently takes too long to listen to your calls. One should be able to listen to their calls in real-time to have adjustment or learning options.

Pros

Being able to listen to prior cold calls I have made and learn from them. Also love that my manager has the ability to listen to them as well, giving me feedback from a different point of view.

Cons

That we aren't able to record the entire phone conversation. It would be beneficial to hear what the person on the other end of the line is saying as well.

### "Learn from your calls"

Pros

There are a lot of ways to use this software, for your own calls to go back and take notes, for others to review and give tips of your calls and then listen to best practices from other people.

Cons

There is a scorecard for every call, you can't see others scorecards like you can with comments and highlights unless you score the call yourself. Really frustrating.
